Andrea's POV
" This is nice and all but can we go ? I don't really like being surrounded by dead people, makes me nauseous ." Julian said with disgust written all over his face.
" Oh please ! You wear the smell of blood and death like perfume . " I whispered to him and he chuckled standing up and helping me on my feet.
" See you next time Daddy. " I said glancing at my father's grave one last time before leaving the cemetery.
" I got a call from Ricardo this morning , he said that Indigo said we should be at the border by 1 PM tomorrow for the trade. " I said as we walked to our cars.
" Did he send you the co-ordinates ? " I nodded opening my car door and throwing my handbag into the passenger seat.
" and you're going to have to handle that by yourself because I'm taking Marcus to the doctor tomorrow for his monthly shots ." I said tucking away the strands of hair that covered my face, behind my ear.
" Why can't Laura take him ? "
" I gave her the week off, she's feeling ill." I said with a shrug .
" Veronica . " he said and I scoffed, folding my arms across my chest.
" You know Marcus doesn't like her. " I said and we both chuckled.
" Guess it's all on me then. " I snickered rolling my eyes at him, Julian hates going on border trades because him and Indigo have a strong dislike towards each other.
" and could you please behave , I don't want you coming home with a bloody nose and a busted eye . " I said getting in my car and rolling the window down.
" That only happened one time ." he said scrunching up his face.
" Right ." I said pulling out of the parking spot and speeding down the road leaving him behind.
