The murder of Simona Willer

In the early morning of February 16th, 1963, the body of a woman was found lying face down in a puddle of blood by a fisherman near a lake, in Hu Shu Tang in China. The fisherman called emergency services, the officers arriving turned her around to find a huge stab wound on her stomach. She was dead. The criminal investigators arriving at the scene examined her body and the surroundings they didn't find the weapon ruling out the chance of suicide. The officers filed a report.....It was a murder. The case was given to criminal investigator John Luu. Since the police didn't know who the body belonged to they gave her the nickname of '' the lakeside woman.'' The pathologist revealed that there was some kind of poison injected into her before she died.

Two months after the body was found and the police didn't make any progress, a woman in her 70 came to the police and identified ''the lakeside woman'' as her daughter Simona Willer. Simona Willer was a young mother (28 years old) of two little kids: Amy (4 years old)and Jackob (6 months old) Willer, Simona Willer and her husband Lee Willer were in the middle of divorcing when the murder happened. What seemed really strange to the police that Lee the husband, didn't report his wife missing, or did he tell anybody. The police suspected him of killing his wife, so after the divorce, he will not have to share custody of the kids. So he was the main suspect. But for lack of evidence, they couldn't search his house. One year has passed and no progress was made by the police........... So the case was put aside and no longer investigated. Meanwhile, the body of Simona Willer was buried in the local cemetery. The family of Simona Willer is mourning especially her daughter Amy. Meanwhile, criminal investigator John Luu was celebrating his retirement with his friends. After 6 years the Willer family and the police lost hope that the case of Simona Willer will ever be solved............. But when all hope was lost an officer called Ben Lashhova moved to Hu Shu Tang and started working as a criminal investigator. The police department wanted to test his abilities and gave him the long-forgotten case of Simona Willer. Mr. Lashhova was determined to solve this case. At first, Mr. Lashhova looked at the files of the case and didn't find anything suspicious. After a week of looking at the papers and not making any progress, he almost gave up. When he was about to title the case unsolved he noticed something....... something he overlooked....... 2 pages were glued together!!! He sat down to his table and really carefully separated the 2 pages. What he found was shocking!! On those 2 pages were multiple witness reports about the night when Simone was killed. The first report was from Simone Willer's neighbor it said:,, On the night of the murder, I was reading a book on my front porch when I saw a man outside the window of Amy's room scratching on her window, after a few minutes Simone ran out of the house when she did the man seemed to give her a hug and carried her inside the house. That's why I thought it was her husband and went back to reading.'' And there were a lot of similar sightings around the neighborhood. And there also was a sketch of the killer. Mr. Lashhova was confused about why this stayed a secret, so he went to visit John Luu in his home. John Luu welcomed him and he suspected why he came there. When Mr. Lashhova asked about the pages glued together Mr. Luu confessed........ He was the one that glued those pages together because he was BRIBED. By none other than Lee Willer!! Mr. Lashhova went right to the Willer house because with this piece of evidence he had enough evidence to arrest him. At the police station, Mr. Lashhova interrogated him for 6 hours but then when Mr. Lashhova was about to give up......Mr. Willer confessed to the murder of Simona Willer. But he wasn't working alone his friend John McClavis helped him. The police arrested John McClavis too and got the whole story out of them.

The whole story goes like this: On February 15th at around 8:50 PM John McClavis started scratching on Amy's window knowing that Amy will call her mom who will come out and ask what is he doing. If she didn't come out they had a Plan B, John will break into Amy's room and make Simona think someone was kidnapping Amy or stealing something valuable. But luckily for him, Simona went outside, when she approached him he injected her with poison which made her whole body go numb in a matter of seconds. Simona tried to escape but the poison was faster than she could run. After that Lee comforted Amy and told her to go to sleep. After that, they went into the garage put Simone into the back of the car, and drove off. When they were going to the lake where they will kill Simone they were almost caught. When they were stopped by a police officer. Fortunately for them, the police officer was just lost and needed directions. When they arrived the poison was already wearing off, and then they brutally and cold-heartedly stabbed her in the stomach and left her to suffer. They went to court and after the judge heard about the story of Simona, not even the best lawyer could change his mind about sending both of the men to prison for the rest of their lives. Even though the case was closed, the murderers found, nothing can bring back Simona Willer. The End
