As the raven method was one of the most popular methods I decided it would be the first to try out.

I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS METHOD TO ANYONE AS I DONT KNOW A SINGLE PERSON WHO HAS SHIFTED WITH JUST THIS METHOD

If you don't know what this method it it's where you lie down somewhere comfortable so I would suggest a bed. And sit in the starfish position (no limbs touching) and you should count to 1-100 and fall asleep, you should listen to Subliminals and say affirmations every time you feel like it (5-10sec)

Although this was a method I used early on when I didn't know about Subliminals or guided mediations I stopped using this method because I would do this before I would go to sleep aka when I'm suppose to be in bed. This was good cos it meant I was tired as I don't get tired very easily throughout the day, however I over heat, get uncomfortable and get distracted very easily so lying in the star fish positions wasn't the best positions for me I also got distracted easily and fell asleep whilst counting to 100. It might work better for me now with Subliminals or someone counting with me but as most guided meditations are quite I loose focus on their soft whispery voices.
