MARTY TALONS:”We’re going to grab a drink with Delta team, you want to come?”
ME:”Nah, I still got some works to do.”
HANK BUCKNER:”What work, there is no work?”
PETE GARRISON:”You have any lead Prescott?”
ME:”No that’s why I’m staying, you know what why don’t you guys leave and have some fun.”
MARTY TALONS:”You should have some fun, C’mon Gabby join us.”
I smiled at my partner and insist that I can’t come. Hank said it’s not really a good idea if they would bring me. Under the circumstances I may not be a good company and instead of having some fun the evening would be a disaster.
PETE GARRISON:”Hey, pop candy is a jerk that has a personal agenda and Gabby is doing her best to catch this son of a bitch so why don’t you cut her some slack.”
ME:”That’s okay Pete; I think it’s not Det. Buckner intentions to offend me. He’s right; I may not be a good drinking buddy at this moment.”
HANK BUCKNER:”You used to call me Hank, what’s with Det. Buckner?”
MARTY TALONS:”You’re a pain in the ass that’s what Det. Buckner means.”
Pete and I laughs softly, I tap Hank shoulder and said “Don’t mind Marty, I will call you Hank again.” Hank looks down with a restraint smile at his face then told Pete and Marty to leave.
The four operatives report at Cpt. Fuller office early this afternoon, they ask for a meeting. We met at a motel called “Brandy”. It’s the only motel here at Ores town.
As I parked my motorcycle, I saw Cpt. Fuller car at the driveway, there’s also a bike that parks which I presumed owned by Dick Thompson and a blue sedan which I think owned by Morris Smith. Two more cars followed me; a 69 mustang driven by Luke Wilson and a red with two relative large black stripes dodge challenger driven by Tony Brown.
Cpt. Fuller made instructions, we should not occupy one room for it will be suspicious, pop candy might be spying at me and this meeting would blow up the case.
I entered at room 6, Luke Wilson occupies room 7 and Tony Brown enters at room 5. The rests of the team occupied room 8, the walls can be push so you can go to the next room.
Cpt. Fuller co-owns this establishment. And I didn’t know about the walls until I received a call from my Captain when I entered the room. Before I can proceed to room 8 Tony Brown appeared and help me pushed the wall then we went to room 8 together. The rest of the teams are waiting in the round table placed at the center of the room.
Cpt. Fuller serves beer as the operatives’ reports their ongoing mission. I commend the four undercover agents with their quick results.
ME:”Who’s going to give the details first?”
No one complies so Cpt. Fuller said “Let’s start from the right.” He points at Luke Wilson. Luke took the brown envelope at the inside of his brown jacket; he took and shows the pictures from the envelope.
LUKE WILSON:”Claire Ann Watson, 16 years of age, cheer leader and at the dean’s list at Don Braxton High, lives at #34 Roosevelt St. Fleming Hills, youngest daughter of Judge Tommy Watson and Prosecutor Elisha Watson. She has two more siblings Chris and Harold, both attends college at NYU.
Cpt. Fuller occupied the chair next to me. He studied the picture showed by Luke then look at me.
CPT. FULLER:”What do you think?”
