Hi guys.
Currently as writing this I am taking a break from shifting as doing online school drains motivation and energy. But I have heard Luna love good say "hello are you here" to me today whilst I was scrolling through tiktok it scared me at first but that's a sign it shifting right. If I wake up in the middle of the night I may try to shift with the julia method but I am not planning on trying to yetOn sunday I used the julia method to shift. I uses the shorter one on youtube that I cant remeber the name of I will put it in when I remeber who it by, to shift because that is my favourite one as she counts with me and it was the one I used when I had the most amount of symptoms-read chapter 5 about that. However I have no symptoms except for itching and numb legs whilst trying this and fell asleep I woke up not long after because if one of the subimals and had clearly failed.i didnt want to try again because I was tired

Hi guys I'm planning on shifting tonight using the alice in wonderland method, I'm going to watch some Hogwarts visuals and then add a guided meditations for the alice in wonderland method and shift with that.
I am a very visual person as I remeber things with pictures so I'm hoping this method should work better.
I'll update you guys tommorow xx

THAT WAS THE CLOSEST IVE EVER GOT!!
Ok so I used the alice in wonderland method and I did it twice because I mucked up the first time.
The first time I used it I started to feel numb when I was chasing the big white flash of nothing- that sounds weird lol- I could barely feel my arms and legs and could only just feel my body breathing, my arms started twitching and I felt like someone was trying to wake me up or take me to my dr I couldnt tell the difference. My right arm was moving as if someone was pulling it and making me float. When I fell down the rabbit whole I felt like I was floating once I went through the door and lied in the bed the music stopped playing and I realised that I mucked up the playlist it wasnt on shuffle and I have just added the meditation so it was the last one playing meaning that nothing played afterwards although I had headphones on I could still hear my sister making noise and her videos she was watching.
The second time I did it I had the same symptoms at the same time but started to fall asleep whilst in the falling down the rabbit whole part. I manage to make it in my dr bedroom and was picturing it around me, everytime I went in the bed to fall asleep I could feel myself as if I was in the bed. So i was imagining myself sleeping on my right side, face on the covers curled up whereas in reality I was actually in the starfish positions and I could feel my cover against my face as if i was getting comfortable this happened twice as i got in and out. Eventually I couldnt get to sleep and the subimals were either too loud or way to boring and soft.
I'm going to try and find a guided meditation with a louder voice so that I wont burst another eardrum whilst shifting- no I haven't burst and eardrum whilst shifting its just my left eardrum burst when I was 2 and no one realised so it never healed and it dont work
Anyways I'm going to try and sleep goodnight xx

changed my mind on where I am shifting to - avengers
I've gotten bored of hp.
I'm going to use the alice in wonderland method again I am watching over some of the films and will have a meditation I will also update my script17:01:21 23:41
So I've seem to find it uncomfortable sleeping in the starfish position because I find it weird breathing in that position and feel fidgety i also have realised that I visualise with my eyes open and it's easier with my eyes open and I dont realise it so I've decided that as much as the alice in wonderland method worked becaue of the visualisation and how much the julia method worked because I was kept awake I will make a method for myself that is more comfortable for me. I will be making a chapter for it as i may change things but this is because I am a really sensitive person and if somethings wrong with my sense of touch or my breathing or what I can hear I will get distracted, mad and or upset.

I started the shifting at 14:45 ish by watching visuals and then listen subimals u used the julia method and used a guided meditation. In strad of lying down I sat up however my head was moving by its self lol. I didnt focus on symptoms instead I focused on where I wanted to be and what it looked like i felt my self in that reality and stuff like that, however I opened my eyes too early by accident. I took a break and tried again several times I will try later when the house is quieter. The other problem was, was that in my last try I was dozing off and then my eyes would slowly open and i would wake up and yeah.
