"BRANDI! " My friend takes out my earbuds. "Were you even paying attention to anything I was saying??" She looks at me with a raised eyebrow. If I'm being honest, I wasn't, I was too busy daydreaming of being anywhere BUT at school. " I'm sorry, can you restart??" My friend rolled here eyes and continued on with her story. I went back to daydreaming of being at our hangout spot eating and talking about Euphoria.
AFTER SCHOOL.....
Iris and AJ came over to my house to go over our summer work for some of our classes. "Ugh! You'd think we wouldn't have work for crime studies but per usual, we do.... this blows." Iris said. "It can't be that bad I mean come on! The class looks cool! This work could be fun." I said. Iris let's out a sigh and starts going over the work."I have to take this." AJ said as she showed us her phone. We nodded and she left the room. A minute hasn't even passed and we hear her open the door and close it with a slam. "Yo what the hell! Why're you slamming my door!" I say. "Okay 1 I'm sorry I didn't mean to and 2 you know my friend Nina??" She says. Nina was the kind of girl that if you say one thing about her she'll pin herself the victim and make everyone hate you but if she says something about you it's perfectly fine. "Yeah we know Nina." Iris said as she rolls her eyes and goes back to her work. "She invited me to a party she's having Friday night and obviously I'm making you guys go with me!" She says as she points at us. "Call your mom Iris, we're having a sleepover at Brandi's!"
