OK! I'll try to keep this as simple, and not confusing, this is gonna be a list of information, that is in the comic/story. If you would like a character list I'll gladly do that just let me know! Dm or make a comment! :D
For this story to make sense I'll be changing something from real life, ill go into further detail.
● In real life you have government, laws, law enforcement, etc. But for this story that is not the case. Their are still leaders such as Presidents and mayors, but in this earth they never developed law enforcement (cops). The reason for this is if a child (or anyone) where to go missing you would call the cops, then it would go on the news, then their would be a search for this person, etc.
‐ Now you might ask "well why can't the cops just never find them?", or "Their are people that have still never been found"
And you have a point, but
That would mess up the story,
1. I don't want them missing forever of course.
2. If some one saw tubbo or tommy on the street or on twitch, they would most likely call the cops, and fine their location fast. So that's why, this will make it a lot longer/harder for people to find the boys.
And that,s pretty much it!

Throughout the story their will be little drawing of characters, they also be of rooms, stuff you might see in a comic. Since im not very good at writing, this helps by what im trying to show/convey.

● Their is still military, navy, etc for if their are ever wars of course.
● For any rioters they still have special forces (what are they called I forgot), But it's everyone for themselves.
● Like the normal law (depends on were you live) you are allowed to own a weapon, but you can't have it on you.]

The Run Aways
RandomTommy and Tubbo have one thing in common, they don't like adults. With this they become bestfriends very quickly. Tommy comes up with a plan to solve their problems, and both boys head off. Running away to live together.
