𝓞𝓹𝓮𝓷𝓲𝓷𝓰 his eyes, he was met with a superficial scent of pine cones in the climate. Something Katsuki had never experienced in this reality before. It felt almost, real. Perhaps if Katsuki hadn't known it was a dream, he would have believed this was an existing woodland.
"Hey, Kat," A voice that always appeared to melt Katsuki's heart was heard from behind. Turning around, Kirishima stood with a warm face. A tiny basket in hand. "You ready?"
With a slight nod, Katsuki let Kirishima steer him to whatever area they appeared to be moving to. The entire stroll there, Katsuki seized the elegance of the juniper shaded trees. The elevated height of the trees, the small quantity of light that was able to flee through the minor openings in the leaves of the tree.
His eyes fastened around the charm of it all.
"Hey, Kat? We're here." Gradually laying his head down from referring towards the sky, he stared at Kirishima. The redhead yanking him through the twisted bushes. Katsuki earning a few scrapes and grazes but only dismissing the discomfort for a moment.
Once they finally were exposed to the vacancy, Katsuki lightly gasped. A flower bed encircled their feet, as the sun shined down on the small garden.
"I know how much you like nature so I thought you'd like this." Katsuki's already scorching love for the other boy seemed to prosper even more.
Arranging the picnic, the two finally were able to relax on the checkered sheet. The soothing silence between the two was perfect. Katsuki sitting in Kirishima's lap while the dyed redhead had his arms around him.
Fiddling with a small rose growing by his feet, Katsuki soon realized why he had taken that pill and came here earlier than usual. Tapping on Kirishima's leg, he got the boy's attention.
"Something wrong, Kat?" The new nickname was music to his ears. Blushing slightly, Katsuki turned his compassion back to the tiny rose.
"I just wanted to talk to you." Katsuki could catch the anxious look in Kirishima's eyes. Not understanding why Kirishima would have such an alarming look.
Guilt...almost present in his eyes.
Taking a deep breath, Katsuki leaned into Kirishima's chest. Looking up to the sky, Katsuki debated whether or not it was worth telling him. Would he believe or? Think he's crazy? He had no idea. But he was ready to take it.
Losing something wasn't anything new to him.
Clenching hard onto Kirishima's hand, he took a deep breath.
"This...this is a fake world. It's my escape from reality. I-I don't know if you'll believe me or think I'm crazy. In real life, I'm used to losing things. Losing you...will hurt a lot. But I could handle it. The real you left me. He believed rumor over me," Avoiding Kirishima's look, he paused. Twirling one of the blonde spikes.
"I'm not blonde. I have black hair. It's very bland. I'm bullied a lot. I don't have any friends. Someone touched me once, I didn't like it. But it happened," With another slight pause, Katsuki squeezed Kirishima's hand.
"My parents hit me a lot. I'm pretty sure they want me dead. I don't have a bedroom. I sleep in the attic. I'm never in group projects. I usually work alone. I'm not...sad. Lonely? Probably." With a final squeeze, Katsuki let go of Kirishima's hand.
"I can leave. And never come back," Before Katsuki could continue forward, lightweight was planned down on his lips. His face soon being cupped. Kissing back, Katsuki felt his sudden worry wash away.
Katsuki could feel everything. The light textured skin Kirishima carried on his face. The strawberry present chapstick he had put on earlier. The cotton fabric of his shirt rubbing against his hair.
"I believe you. It's ok." Kirishima muttered out, before continuing the small kiss. Katsuki's heart fluttering with joy and love.
Once the two were able to pull away again, it seemed like the world came to a screeching halt. Feeling as if they were the only two left on this planet. Their breathing syncing with one another's.
"It's ok, alright? I still love you, you know?" Kirishima said, a smile present on his face. Katsuki's face warming up with a blush. With a teasing smile, Kirishima chuckled.
"Don't get soft on me now, Katsuki." Pulling himself up, Katsuki pushed his lips onto Kirishima's once again. Kirishima gladly accepting the offer.

The following weeks passing, Aizawa's worry grew more and more for Katsuki. The boy started to fall to sleep in almost all his classes. Aizawa would even catch Katsuki sleeping during break times.
Watching Katsuki sleep, the boy seemed so peaceful. He knew he needed to talk to Katsuki, but he never got a chance to discuss anything with him. Wanting to call Katsuki's parents, he decided against it.
Something was off in that household.
Besides Aizawa, a certain teen boy had been concerned about Katsuki's sleeping habit. The others in his group trying to reassure him that Katsuki was probably just tired all the time.
But, it sorta relieved Kirishima. No one picked on him because he was sleeping all the time. It didn't seem to be fun for anyone. Kirishima couldn't feel more grateful for that.
But, there was a calling in the back of his mind. To talk to Katsuki. And, Kirishima decided to listen to the voice. He was hoping he could talk to Katsuki once he would wake up.
Hopefully, it's sooner than later.
