"Mom I'm telling you the truth you can ask him yourself."
"Jasper honey did you permanently move to LA last night?" My mom shouted from the kitchen to the living room where Jasper and Tyler were playing his play station, he always complained about me not playing with him. Bitch what do I know about games boys play? I mean I do know the basics but I know Tyler would beat my ass in every game.
"OUI MADEMOISELLE " he shouted from the living room still concentrating on the game. "Ow man!" He must've lost.
"See mom I told you, he said it was the surprise he wanted to tell me. They bought a mansion as well, he said it's really huge and beautiful."
"Baby that's amazing. I'm sure you are so happy your best friend is now with you here and you guys can sneak out like in Paris huh?" Wait what? She knows? How did she....?
"I don't know what you talking about mom." I lied taking the casserole with pasta in it to the table. I think I heard her laugh lightly behind my back.
"I bet you don't huh?" Is she grinning?
"Okay fine I once snuck out in Paris but I promise it was only once." I said facing down.
"Oh honey I know it was only once" she put the juice down. "I barely slept in Paris or any other country we'd run to in the past so it was easier hearing your footsteps down the stairs and your door creak. Whether you're going to the bathroom or to drink water or even when you'd also find it hard to sleep so you'd watch some TV and doze off on the couch." What? "I didn't stop you because I knew we were safe for that time being." She kissed my cheek and went to take the other stuff.
I remembered how she even had to get sleeping pills cause she was always up and scared of sleeping. I also had the same issue just that I tried to get some sleep when I could.
"So I guess no more sneaking out huh mom?" She laughed at me shaking her head.
"You don't have to sneak out honey, you're turning 18 soon and as long it's safe wherever you and Jasper go I don't mind." I have the coolest mom ever. I smiled helping her with the last food.
"Boys it's dinner time!" They didn't hear a word she said. "Are these boys testing me Tamara?" I laughed at her. I know she's about to disturb them.
She went to the living room and stood in front of the TV, I laughed so hard my stomach started to hurt, this was definitely the best night in this house.
"Moooooom! come on I can't seeeeeeee"
"Miss Danieeelssssss!"
"It's dinner time" she still didn't move.
"Oh noooooooo they killed me" I couldn't stop laughing. This is so funny.
"Okay mom we're going, come on Jasper" they both put their joysticks on the table and came to the dining table.
"It's really not funny Tam, we were about to winnnnnnnn"
"If you guys paused your game in time she wouldn't have done that."
"She didn't call us first though" Tyler said.
"I did but you guys didn't hear me" I saw them look at each other and I just chuckled and shook my head then we started eating.
Darin's POV
"Hey mom" I greeted as I entered the kitchen. She's making dinner wow I wonder why she's happy.
"Good evening son" I kissed her cheek. "How was your day?"
"Ah same old same old mom. You're making dinner?"
