"hey y/n, what are you doing tonight? if you're free could you throw me some sets? i need to practice." you see your brother kageyama peep through your door with a volleyball in his hand to see you lying on your bed on your phone.
"sorry i have plans tonight, maybe tomorrow." you reply dryly, you keep your eyes glued to the blue and grey messages on your phone.
he walks in and makes his way towards you. "whatcha got here? ooo who are ya texting?" he snatches your phone right from your hands and holds it away from you to see what you were doing.
"hey! give that back!" you say in a panicked voice as you jump up and start jumping to get your phone. to this kageyama holds up your phone from you knowing how much taller he is. shitshitshit! you think to yourself while jumping up.
"hey little cutie, how about i pick you up tonight and we can continue our little STUDY SESSION WINKY FACE???" he reads out the messages and bursts out laughing. "WHAT??? YOU HAVE A HOT DATE TONIGHT Y/N??" he interrogates you still laughing. "the only way you're getting this back is if you tell me who the lucky dude is dude." he laughs. nosy as always.
"it's not a date boke, but come on i have to get ready." you say as he pushes you away laughing
"come on, keeping secrets from your own brother? i'm gonna find out eventually now it's your choice whether you tell me or i find out myself." he keeps laughing at your panicked expression.
you roll your eyes at the fact that if kageyama found out who you were texting...he'd skin this man alive. "you'll find out when he gets here boke, for now let me get ready first. deal?" you try to compromise.
"fine. but when you get back i'm going to need a l l of the details." he hands you your phone backs and leaves you to get ready. you let out a big sigh of relief and start gathering your clothes and small bag.

"i'm almost there y/n." you read the message not being able to hide your smile and giggles. while resting on the couch with your small bag by your feet. you feel kageyama dramatically fall into the couch right next to you. you feel his head peer over your shoulder onto the bright screen. "ha, almost here hm?" he giggles, to this you shut your phone off quickly and give him a death glare saying shut the hell up tobio. "stop looking at me like that boke, i'm just curious." he states the extremely obvious. "whats in the bag?" he asks
"nothing." you say, trying not so bring suspicion knowing what's in the bag. "stop being so nosy, you're annoying." you roll your eyes trying to change the subject onto something else.
"nothing hm?" he snatches the bag and zips open the first pocket. your stomach drops 10 stories as you see his eyes wandering through the bag. you try to grab it back but he uses his long arm to push you a distance away leaving him to his snooping.
"TOBIO NO STOP GIVE IT BACK!" you yell worried. oh shitfuckshit oh no i'm dead. is all that is running through your head.
"what do we got here some books..." he starts moving things around with his other hand. "why are you so panicked y/n, its just your school bag, right? for your little study date." he gives you his annoying smirk knowing how angry it makes you.
"not a date tobio!" you yell in response, still trying to get out of his hand keeping you from snagging the bag back. then, you see his smirk go away forming into a oh boke you're dead type of face. welp, he found it. guess i'm not going out tonight, dig my grave.
"y/n." he looks back up at you and starts to pull something out of the bag. "'not a date' huh?" he holds up a condom that you tried to hide under your books. you break the distance and rip it out of his hand and start shoving everything back in the bag. just then you hear a knock on the door. you quickly put everything back in and look out the windows to see that he's here. oh shit, he's here.
"your date is here." kageyama runs to the door before you to open it to see him.
"oh hey king of the court, fancy seeing you here." you here the smirk in his voice. you see kageyama's face turn into an even angrier expression as he turns to face you.
"are you serious y/n." he says coldly. you start to speed towards the door. "out of everyone in the whole world to go on a date with you seriously chose oikawa??"
"i-tobio- it's-"you start to say as he cuts you off to turn again to face him.
"listen here shittykawa, my sister isn't just one of your little fan girls, don't treat her like one." he glares at you both. "you two don't even go to the same school boke! and you're a year below him, i'm not that stupid." he rolls his eyes.
"don't worry about it king, she's in good hands" he reaches out his hand, signaling you to hold it and stand next to him. "well we better be going, see you around." he smirks and starts turning around with you to leave, leaving kageyama dumbfounded frozen in place.

boring short chapter ik, but i wanted to do it in two parts, next chapter will get into the good stuff ;)
