The New Girl

Fred and George had been walking the dimly lit halls, using their wands as a light source for the after hour darkness when the spotted a girl in the hall with professor Snape. She was short, 5'2 ish. She had short black hair with a reddish color underneath that seemed to turn color as she talked.

"Miss Bailey, 2 weeks detention for the inappropriate use of a Felix felisis to prank a professor, and for being out after hours. To your dorm, now." Snape demanded as he walked into his office leaving the girl walking straight towards them.

As she started up to them she finally noticed and stopped in her tracks. "Oh- Fred and George right?" She asked looking up at the two brothers.

"Yeah I'm George, this is Fred." As he spoke her hair changed from a dark red color to a bright yellow and a smile formed on her face.

"What are you lot doing out her after hours?"

"Looking for a friend. Care to join us?" He asked looking down at her.

"Sure, I'm Emily by the way, Emily Bailey. Just transferred last week from America."

"Well Emily, stick with us. You won't have more fun." George smirked grabbing the girls hand and pulling her through the corridors.

The three reached a pair of steps leading to the astronomy tower when the girl stopped and pointed up, "checked here yet?" She asked pulling George back. "No but it's worth a shot I guess." He sighed, ascending the stairs with Emily and Fred behind him.

The sound of sniffing and raged breathing echoed and as they heard it so did their foot steps racing up the stairs. "NOELLE!" George shouted as he busted the door open, letting go of Emily's hand and hugging her. She pushed him away and looked at the two behind him.

"Is this your new conquest Fred?" She scoffed and rolled her eyes.

"Girl your one to talk. Word spreads fast here. I know exactly who you are. Noelle Black? The new talk of Hogwarts as I hear. Kissed Malfoy right in front of your boyfriend? Seems low." Emily stated back at her.

"Noelle this is Emily, we just met her in the hall..."George said backing up from her.

"Oh sorry." Noelle replied

"It's fine. I heard Fred deserved it anyways." She smirked causing Noelle to laugh.

"Have you been here the last four days?" George asks.

"Yeah, house elves have been bringing me some stuff."

"I didn't do it." Fred blurted out causing Noelle to look at him and scoff.

"Okay."

"Noelle he's telling the truth he explained everything to us, and we're gonna give him a truth serum to prove it. Then things can get back to normal."

"Normal? What the hell does that even mean?"

"Wait..what happened? Besides the thing with Fred." Emily asked, feeling lost.

"She got into it with Hermione, another one of our friends."

"Hermione Granger?" She questioned looking up at Noelle.

"Yeah." She scoffed "bitch shouldn't have talked back."

"She's agreed to forgive you! Just come back with us."

"Forgive me? Okay sure say I come back, then what? You really think everything is just gonna get better?"

"No need to talk about that now, let's just go." Emily blurts out grabbing the girls hand and pulling her down the steps with the two boys following behind.

With the boys at a decent space behind them emily leans over to talk to Noelle. "You beat her ass right? Angelinas?"

Noelle nods and the girls laugh, locking arms and walking into the common room. They were met with the exhausted faces of their friend group, looking at them with excitement and confusion.

"This is Emily, she's cool." Noelle smiles and sits beside Harry on The couch.

"Emily this is Harry, my godbrother, Ron, Lee, and that's hermione."

"Hi, nice to meet you all." She smiles at the group and looks beside her to see George sitting next to her with Fred on the floor beside them.

"Do you have it Hermione?"George asks getting straight to the point.

"Yeah I have it. But after this you have to promise that things go back to normal, weather you get back with Fred or not they go back to normal."

"Yeah yeah. Sure." Noelle nods and looks at Fred who was looking at her with simpathetic eyes.

"Okay then...here." She hands Fred the vile and he stands up. Opening and swallowing it.

"Okay then Fred." Noelle starts, standing up in front of him.

"Did you cheat on me with Angelina?"
