Yamaguchi quickly called Tsukishima. It was Saturday, and Yamaguchi had a big problem.

 "Hello?" Tsukishima's voice asked.

"Tsukki, I need your help!" Yamaguchi stated urgently.

"What it it? Did the roses come back? Are you dying? Where are you?" Tsukishima asked, his voice more urgent.

"No. None of those," Yamaguchi assured Tsukishima. "I'm going on a date. My first date. Ever. With Teru."

There was silence on Tsukishima's end for a bit. "So, why are you calling me? I've never been on a date before either."

 "I don't know! I don't even know where we're going!"

"Well, what time is he picking you up at?"

 "Around 4:00."

"Okay. So, that gives you...45 minutes..." Tsukishima mumbled. "Why did you wait until now to call me?"

Yamaguchi gave a small shrug. "I don't know..." He admitted nervously. "Tsukki, what do I do? What if Teru hates me by the end of this date? What if I start coughing up flowers while we're eating, or something?" He asked, panicking. "Why did I say yes to going on a date with him?" Yamaguchi mumbled, running a hand nervously through his hair.

"Your date will be fine," Tsukishima assured him. "According to you, you haven't coughed up any flowers since Terushima and you have been dating, so that shouldn't be a problem, right?"

Yamaguchi nodded weakly. "Yeah, I guess."

"Good. Now, as to why you said yes. For reasons unbeknownst to me, you love Terushima, and he's your boyfriend to boot. I believe you said yes for obvious reasons."

"Y-yeah..." Yamaguchi trailed off. "I'm still really stressed about it!"

Tsukishima sighed. "Go get dressed, and enjoy your date. It'll be fine, I promise."

The bus ride, in Yamaguchi's opinion, was awkward.

Neither one of them really knew what to talk about, and every time Terushima tried starting a conversation between the two, Yamaguchi would (unintentionally) give a short, and dry answer. Plus, there were a bunch of people on that one bus, so they were rather close to each other. In fact, they were so close, that Yamaguchi could barely move without his hand going...somewhere...

"Hey, Freckles," Terushima spoke up, after what felt like hours of silence (it was really just five minutes). "We're almost there!" He said happily, giving Yamaguchi the bright smile that always made him flush red no matter what.

Yamaguchi gave a quick smile. "Cool. Do you think you could tell me where we're going now?"

 Terushima chuckled. "Not quite yet."

Once the bus had made it's next stop, Terushima grasped Yamaguchi's hand firmly, and pulled him out of the large sea of people, grinning widely at him once they got off the bus.

 "We're here!" He stated proudly.

Yamaguchi glanced at the building behind Terushima, his eyes widening slightly. "The movie theater?" He asked.

"Yup! I remember you talking about that movie that you wanted to see, so I checked to see if it was still out, and I figured we could watch it together!" He explained. His smile fell for a slit second. "Unless you don't want to, of course. I did make a plan B in case you didn't..."

Yamaguchi threw his arms around Terushima. "It's perfect, Teru," He mumbled, nuzzling his face into the crook of Terushima's neck.

 Terushima beamed. "Great!"

Turns out, the movie that Yamaguchi had wanted to see so badly was a horror movie.

Yamaguchi had thought that Terushima knew, but when things started getting creepy he leaned over and asked if they were watching the right movie. When Yamaguchi told him yes, Terushima's face slightly paled, but he never screamed, or flinched, or anything.

That is, until someone's head got lopped off.

Terushima had let out a deafening scream, and many people in the theater had grumbled about it.

Yamaguchi reached over and held Terushima's hand, tracing light circles on it with his thumb. "Do you wanna go?" He asked quietly, trying not to upset more people. "I don't need to watch it right now. I could always just wait until it comes out on DVD, or something," He offered, giving a gentle smile.

Terushima quickly shook his head. "No. You wanted to watch this, and we've already watched this much. I'm sure that I can finish it with you," He assured Yamaguchi. When Yamaguchi started to pull away his hand, Terushima gave it a small squeeze. "Um, could you- could I keep holding your hand?" He mumbled, looking away from Yamaguchi, embarrassed that he had asked.

Yamaguchi was a little shocked, but he nodded, and kept a gentle hold on Terushima's hand, tracing little shapes on it with his thumb if he felt scared (also to comfort Terushima, but he didn't want to damage Terushima's pride any further).

Once the movie was over, Terushima refused to let go of Yamaguchi's hand.

"If I let go of your hand, whose to say a killer won't kidnap you?" He had asked, using that as an excuse for his own fear.

Yamaguchi simply chuckled, and rested his head on Terushima's shoulder as they walked. "My hero," He murmured. And they walked in a comfortable silence, enjoying each other's comany.

(A/N~ Sorry that the chapter was so short. It was more of a one-shot if anything... But still, it was pretty cute, right? I promise that the next chapter will be longer, and a lot better than this. Sorry. ✌)
