I stretched my arms, really tired of working the whole day. I started massaging my temple.
Lately there have been a lot of patients. During these 3 years that I have been working in this hospital this was the first time that I had to attend so many patients and the reason for all of this was now sitting in front of me, with a big smile pasted on his face.
Pavel, one of the famous actor and one of my patient had a great interest in me, nagging me all day just to go on a lunch or a dinner with him. I had declined him several times but he has been so persistent that he visited the hospital everyday just to see me and obviously if he would visit so often his fans would also follow him.
I was really tired of saying "no" to him everytime so finally I surrendered.
"Okay lets go" I said making a disgusted face.
"Oyy don't make a face like that you look more cute." He remarked and before even I could comment something he ran out to wait for me outside.
I walked out as slowly as possible with a straight face and got on his car as he held the passenger side door for me.
The whole ride was quiet and whenever he looked at me, trying to start a conversation I would just glare at him making him focus back on the road.
After reaching the restaurant we sat on the table he booked and then he said finally breaking the silence "Hey you can stop throwing daggers at me with your eyes, Nine. I just took you out for dinner not to kidnap you"
"Why are you interested in me so much? I really dont get it" I asked irritated, running out of patience.
"Well you are so beautiful but so sassy. You look so cute but so hard to get. How can I not be attracted?" He replied making an innocent face. I just rolled my eyes. What a reason!
"You know what I also wanted to show you that you still have time. You can just move on. It has already been 3 years if I am right." He said softly but full of confidence. I looked at him shocked.
"If you are wondering how I know. A lonely boy suddenly flies away to a new place, so pretty but so quiet and serious, and rejects each and everyone who approaches him without even thinking twice. What else can anyone conclude?" He said casually sipping his coffee.
"Are you sure you are not a stalker?" I asked still shocked.
"Naah! Just got those informations from your colleagues"
My jaw almost dropped on the table
"Really?!You have so much of free time that you can nag my colleagues to get information about me? I mean literally?!" I couldn't believe him yet.
This guy must be a psycho.
"Yeah Nine. So now you know how much I like you and I'm really jealous of that person whom you love so much and also angry at him for letting you go. But I don't want to push you to love me back. Love can't be forced right? So can I just ask you to be my friend atleast? So that we can spend time together?" He asked smilling widely as if he already knew that the answer would be a yes.
Joong and Pavel both were so different from each other. Joong was never the one who confessed or told something first and I would always have to be the one showing feelings or sometimes even assume his.
Unlike Pavel who could express his feelings without any hesitation but also respected my feelings. Although I was still not ready to replace Joong with anyone but I couldn't help but compare both of them.
Pavel was still looking at me with so much hope how could I deny him? I nodded giving him a small smile.
