This is my first time writing a story, though I used to tell stories to my friends before (mostly horror stories because I liked them more). Ofcourse no one becomes a very good writer in the beginning, its always with a small new step. You don't lose when you don't get views or votes or comments, but you do lose when you stop trying. Maybe your success was waiting just one step after the hard-work!
