The pod was just about to bloom when MK reached out for it and held onto it tight, as light seemed to emanate from it. It was a magical thing, something that was never witnessed before; it was the reincarnation of the new queen, a new beginning for the forest. MK shut her eyes tightly as she waited for what was to happen next, she was both frightened as well as elated. As she slowly opened her eyes she noticed the light was slowly fading away as she felt something changed, something was new. She looked around and all eyes were on her, but she noticed she was above them all, looking down on them, suddenly she was gliding down gracefully as she finally reached the ground. She saw how they all bowed at her presence; she was stunned, not able to understand what was going on. Then she looked down at herself and saw magnificent white petals all around her, small green leaves at her waist and a large white petal that covered her upper body and green leaves for puffed sleeves, her hair was in a tight bun, small strands of her hair hung in her face, loosely curled. Her bangs were pulled back and puffed up, so that all could see her lovely face, her bright green eyes in shock. Her piercings different than before as she felt them, the first were some form of flowers, perhaps roses, the second and third piercing on her right ear were vines that intertwined with one another, they had tiny leaves and slightly larger flowers. Next she felt her lips, moist and soft, as if they were made of honey, sweet to taste, her cheeks were flushed and her hands were shaking. What happened to me? Was all she could think, questioning it over and over in her mind, not sure what to think of the entire ordeal.
"Why-why are you all bowing?" MK asked aloud.
"Well your Highness, we're all bowing to our new queen." Ronin replied.
"What? New queen? But how?" MK didn't know how to take it, she was surprised, aghast, unsure, yet something within her felt this was somehow meant to be. But how could she be the queen of the entire forest? MK was only seventeen years old, but she'd always wanted to be destined for something greater than she could ever imagine, it was a chance to have entirely new adventures, new things to learn, and she could contribute to not only the forest but to her father too. She could unlock so many secrets and so many doors could be opened for herself and for her future, but she was an opportunist, she couldn't just think of herself, she was apart of something bigger now. She wasn't willing to mess this up now, she'd try harder than before because this wasn't about her little broken family, she was going to be the head of an entirely new world, and she was beaming with excitement at the thought.
