Len
"I said I'm at Len's."
My head shot up at the mention of my name as I assume she was speaking to her . . . . sister?
"Yeah sure whatever." She rolled her eyes as I glanced at her. She wasn't looking at me but rather found the muddy road more interesting than me.
"No- Yeah maybe." Sukie bit her lips her pale face turning scarlet.
"Y-yeah him..."
Who the heck was him? Was it her crush? Was it me?
"Okay Nina. I'll be home before they get up." Pause. "Sure, bye."
Beep.
I smiled as she left her gaze on the road that I rather despised now that she gave it more attention than me. Wow look at me; getting jealous of a road.
She returned the smiled before opening her mouth that I used to find annoying but it wasn't really. "So. Let's go to your... special place?"
"Yeah sure." I chuckled before grabbing my keys.
I was about to go to get her but she was already here, lost and confused and somewhat adorable?
I was just fearing if she was going to even get up. Knowing her I knew she wouldn't sleep in case she didn't wake up on time. I wouldn't mind breaking her window and abducting her, exception made if her parents are scary. If so then no.
She nodded and waited till I pulled out my bike as it let out a vroom vroom. I motioned her to get on and she complied. I hope she likes the place.
"Hold on tight. I don't want to tell your parents that their daughter died because she fell of a motorcycle." I smirked as she grabbed my waist.
"I'd rather kill you alongside me then let you live Twawawee." She snapped back. I chuckled and drove off.
For her early tries she had already got the hold of her fear 9f the bike as she barely held my waist or shoulders and most likely leaned back or let her hands graze the soft wind. All on all I wasn't enjoying, her warmth was leaving me. And I hated it.
I jolted the bike intentionally knowing that she would grab me and she did but I wasn't expecting the frightful shriek that followed. I'm 50% sure that her parents will sue me after I tell them their daughter fell of the motorcycle and died.
We drove through the silent night as the lights of the town flickered away as we took a mud road. I knew the way by heart. How could I even forget. We drove and all that was in sight was trees and trees and more trees.
And then I finally slowed down and eventually came to a stop.
"What's this place?" Sukie muttered looking around mesmerized- no shocked. I did bring her to what some people call a 'forest' thought this place is just another peace center for me. Except the animals and snakes that is.
"Shh. Lets go!" I pulled her and looked through my phone again. It was right about time.
"I swear your going to love it." I grinned pulling her by her wrist and her complaining about certain topics like leeches? I wasn't sure. I heard "suck" and "gross" wait- no she can't be talking about that. I listened to her this one time.
"And its so sticky after it comes out like damn."
Oh uh.
"I swear its the worst facial masks I ever used. Scratch that. Its the only facial mask I ever used and I don't intend to get any of those again." She rolled her eyes.
