And here's the story of Mudstar's Nightmare!
"Mudstar!" a she-cat howled. She was a small brown cat rushed into Mudstar's den.
"What is it Spottedtail!" Mudstar asked.
"Dogs," she mew, "Lots of dogs,"
"Dogs!" Mudstar yowled.
"Yes, me and Oakfur were walking by the river when we saw a big dog with gray along it's back. It looked at us and we ran," Spottedtail told Mudstar. Mudstar eyes glowed. "A dog, a big dog?" Mudstar asked.
"Yes," Spottedtail meowed. Mudstar looked up to the sky. It was almost Moonhigh, and all the stars were in the sky, "StarClan has sent me a message a moon ago," Mudstar meowed, "Maybe this is it, 'Fangs will come, and they will strike hard, but they're only weakness is mud"
"Dogs do have fangs," Spottedtail meowed.
"I have to do what's best for my clan, We must fight the dogs," she meowed.
StreamClan lined up seeing the dogs doing the same. Mudstar got alittle scared at the time, they were so big and strong. Mudstar saw the leader come out of group of dogs, 'This must be the one Spottedtail told me about, but the one thing she didn't tell me out is the hole in her ear. It must show that she is the leader,' Mudstar said to herself. The huskey look at her, for one second she showed fear, but quickly stiffen back up.
The leader raised her head and holwed. Mudstar did the same, but she knew this was not the answer. As StreamClan and the dog pack ran at each other, Mudstar yowled again making both her clan and the pack stop. "We don't need to fight!" She yowled. Right then the pack leader started to walk up to her. Mudstar was scared that the Leader was going to kill her. Mudstar backed up a few steps as the large dog came closer to her. Mudstar just might loose a life.
"I agree," the leader suddenly said," Mountian Pack! HALT!" All the dogs stopped at looked at their leader.
"But Astride!" one of the dogs barked, "They attacked us first!"
Astride looked down and sighed, "This is true, Kay Dog, but it looks like the cats don't want to fight us."
Mudstar looked at Astride, "Back in our old home, we had three other clans with us, ShadeClan, IceClan, and NatureClan, we all shared the forest into four different areas, that's what we can do." Astride nodded, "I've never caught your name, young cat."
