(This part of the story is told by a male named Yoshida Yasashi)

On January 20th 2004, i was born into this world. I had no idea what the world had in store for me but i was taught one thing, how to let go of a loved one at an early age. Mexico had been in a crisis, a crisis of cannibalism. We were so starved for food that we had to eat each other like we were some sort of animals. But i was forced to learn a different lesson, it's to kill or be killed.

I don't remember much about my parents death, all I remember are 2 gunshots and the confusion on my 2 year old face. That confusion turn into fear, that fear turned into me being force fed the flesh of my dead parents. I was forced to grow up that day and live with my cousin, Hamasaki Kusuri. He was so reckless and energetic but little did i know, Kusuri had it worse than i did. Kusuri's father was apart of a gang called Los Peligros that committed mass genocide. I didn't understand any of it at the time but growing up it all made sense to me, you have to kill to get what you want and you have to kill to survive.

5 years of hell awaited me living with my uncle, i grew up knowing how to kill and how to survive. I didn't I'm know that i could turn into birds yet, you usually get your powers when you are 10 years old but it is possible to get them as early at 3. The whole world was going to war and Japan was the only safe place that we know of. Kusuri had an idea...

Kusuri: We can't live our life like this, We have to fly to Japan somehow

Yasashi: America is the only place where we can go so that's our best bet

Kusuri: Then we have to go tonight, i can get us there as fast as possible with my power

Kusuri is 3 years older than me, he was 10 and i was 7. Kusuri's power had been revealed, he can take different types of syringes to use different abilities. One of these include speed. His plan was to speed us to America to take a plane over to Japan,

Yasashi: your dad would track us down with his gang

Kusuri: that's the only worry

This plan worked for Kusuri, but not for me...
