Dinner Date

Jihyo

"Its ten already.  Where the heck this ostrich is?"  I keep looking at my phone since four hours ago.  I read the same text message over and over again.  My handsome wifey, Yoo Jeongyeon, texted me said that she couldn't make it for dinner as we planned.

I sighed heavily before my phone suddenly vibrated means i received a message.  Another message from Jeongyeon.  "I'll be there in a minute. Love you, darl"  I whispered "i love you too"  as if Jeongyeon is here to hear that.  True to her words, I heard click sounds from the front door.  "Babygirl, I'm home~!"  My Janggoo is back. 

As soon as she saw me on the couch, she went straight and gave me a peck on lips before pampered me with small kisses all over my face.

"Hi, pretty"  she said between the kisses, still have her hand secured tightly around my waist.  I dont know when did i end up sit on her lap, facing her.  "I thought you won't come home tonight"  I said as I wrap my hands around her neck.  "The heck? It'll never happen, sweetheart.  Especially when I know a beautiful goddess is waiting for me at home"  Jeongyeon said.  I rolled my eyes at her cheesiness.  "Whatever.  I'm tired.  I've made dinner for you.  Go ahead and eat"  I tried to stand up but Jeongyeon managed to hold me.  She caressed my tigh soothingly.  "You won't join me, darling?"  she asked.  She look at me with concern eyes.  "No. I'm going to bed"  I peck her lips before I go to our shared room.  The last thing i heard from Jeongieis "take a rest, honey"  and "I love you"

Jeongyeon

"She must be sad"  I talk to myself. "Arghh this is all Nayeon's fault!"  I finish my dinner and do the dishes.  I go straight for a quick shower.  I'm too tired.  All I want is a good rest and maybe some cuddles with Jihyo.  I went out from the bathroom fully dressed in our dark blue couple pyjamas.  Jihyo had them costumed as a gift for our 2nd anniversary 2 years ago.  She such a sweet girl and I love her so much.

I dried my hair.  I walk to our king size bed and her pretty face greeted me first.  I smiled at the soft sight.  "How can you look so pretty and cute and.... sexy while sleeping?"  Her cleavage is on display, it is her fault.  Dont blame me T_T.

I climbs onto the bed and lay on my side facing her.  I tuck her hair behind he ear.  She looks so calm.  Again, i smiled.

Jihyo

I felt her fingers on my cheek.  I love this feeling; Jeongie caressed my cheek while staring lovingly at me, except, this time my eyes is close. 

(Well, I cannot really say that she stare at me lovingly BUT i can feel it. I said what i said. Full stop. Discussion over.)

Jeongyeon

"I've been missing you for the whole day, honey"  I carefully whispered, afraid that I will wake her up.  "You must be sad. My fault. I'm so sorry, sweetie".  "Yeah, you should be"  Jihyo open her eyes and glared at me.  She looks so intimidating..ly...... Cute?  I chuckled. "Cute".  She whinning at my word knowing that she failed to scare me with her oh so called intimidating glare.  "I miss you like crazy and you came home late~!!"  her words mumbled on my chest.

(Damn this tiny baby.  Why you have to be soooo cute??  My heart beating fast. Oh my heart, please rest in peace T_T)

"Where have you been? What took you so long? Who were you with? Are you seeing someone else behind me?? T_T?? Are you cheating on me????? Are you not happy with---"  I cut her off.  "Damn jihyo. Calm down, would you?" I sighed.  I closed my eyes and breathe in. Then breathe out.

I look straight in her eyes before answering.  "I went to the mall near my office.  Someone ask me to accompany her to buy birthday gift for her wifey.  And that someone is Nayeon.  She promised me that it will not take much time and she already know what to buy but end up be indecisive when we got there.  We argued a bit on what is the best for Momo and the last thing I know, I missed our dinner date that we planned 3 days ago.  I'm not seeing anyone else behind you and I'm not cheating on you--"  I saw tears welling up in her eyes.  Shit.  I seriously hate this kind of heavy conversation.  It is already late at night and I just wanna have a chill chit chat with my dear wifey while we cuddles and not this shitty conversation.  "--.....yet"  I end my part while wriggled my eyebrows naughtily, hope that Jihyo can take my lame joke.  "YAH! Dont you dare, Yoo Janggoo!"  she hit me hard on chest.  "Auch, Park Jihyo! You hurt me!"  I sulked and turn around, my back facing her.  "Aww, I'm sorry baby~"  I know, she only saying that to teased me.  Sorry my foot, Park.

I heard her chuckles and a soft hand delicately wrapped around my waist. She inhaled my neck and said,  "Baby, I'm sorry.  I'm sorry for doubting you.  It just that I miss you so much and I miss talking to you over dinner so I planned this dinner date.  But something happened and you canceled the date at the very last minute.  It got me so mad that I really want to hate you but I can't.  I will never can, honey.  You're my love, you're my everything.  So I waited patiently for four hours, just to mentioned it so that you know how long I've been waiting for you since your last message, but that is not the point.  So for short, I love you and I'm sorry.  Teehee" she end her speech with small giggles. 

She rest her forehead on my back and tightened her hand that on my waist.  She continue, "So, as apologize I will be a big spoon tonight.  Sleep tight, big baby spoon girl~ Goodnite"  She peck my back so loud. "Muahxx" I chuckled at her cuteness and reply,  "Nite, baby. I love you too"  I can feel her wide smile on my back.
