Peter Carl Goldmark didn't invent the color TV- he invented a dimension where people made colors for the TV. He called the dimension Spectrum.

All of the people in Soectrum where assigned to make one specific color, their natural hair color, which was unnatural, usually, for humans.

The people, called Tinters, always had what they needed, as long as they worked.

But one night, the entire world lost color, making the Tinters realize they had to make all the world's colors.

And that's how Spectrum started.
