She was the first and always will be. Her name is Kin Hoshiko. A name that means golden star. She is not the most intelligent but is shy and sweet. This, is her story.

Hoshiko had opened her eyes. It was a new morning And it was time to get to work. She had lived in a palace that belonged to the queen. Her best friend was the queens brother, someone who has also worked at the palace. She had gotten dressed in a long dress and grabbed the end of it as she ran out her room and down the halls. She had ran to the queens quarters and bowed in front of her, "I'm very sorry, My lady, I had gotten distracted. There is to be an appointment with the king of the west. He has come to marry you." She said as she continued to bow. The queen smiled and nodded, "Tell him I do not wish to marry but if it is needed, you shall go work for him for a while." Hoshiko nodded and looked at the queen. She admired the queens beauty and loved working for such a caring lady. The queen pointed at the door, "Go fetch my dear brother, Len, and tell him he is needed." Hoshiko nodded once more and walked out to get the queens brother, "Madam Rin needs you." She said as she walked past him and headed to her room. She packed her stuff and walked back downstairs. She told the queen she would be heading to the west and took off. It was time to meet the king of the west, Prince Gakupo.
