"No fucking way", I said when I walked into the boys' house. It was huge and had beautiful modern furniture, and wasn't even dirty. They probably had a main okay lets be honest here.
"Yeah", Ashton breathed and stood next to me. "Too bad you're not living here".
"What?!" I turned to look at him and he gave me a smile.
"I uh...or we uh", Luke cleared his throat and I turned around to look at his awkward pose. "I well techinically we bought a new...apartment to live in together", he said and looked anywhere but my face.
I groaned. I didn't want to live in a house with Luke. It was the boys who kept me sane and more importantly got rid of the awkward tension.
"Okay", I said and he looked back to the driver who was waiting patiently.
I jumped when I heard a voice yell. "Taylor!" It screamed and I saw a girl running down the stairs, who had red hair and a beautiful face.
"No, Calum. That's it, I'm done, it's over. You promised me it wouldn't happen again and look where we are!" She yelled back and Calum looked like he was crying. I stared in awe and didn't know what to do.
"I'm sorry Taylor I just didn't know how to tell you", he looked down and Ashton placed a hand on my back and pushed me into the other room, also looking solemn.
"Why the fuck does he always do this?" Luke grumbled and basically shoved me walking past. I almost fell but Ashton helped me regain my balance. "She doesn't deserve it".
"Who was that? I mean I know her name is Taylor but like..." I trailed off and Ashton guided me to the island to sit down.
"Her name is Taylor. We've known her since senior year. Remember Matty? The boy who got shot?" Ashton looked at me and I looked at the wall and nodded. Of course I remember Matty. He was one of my friends. He would sit with me in Biology while Luke would just send me rude glares from across the room. "She was his best friend...and Calums girlfriend..something happened with her and it really broke them off. She came back about two years ago and they've been happy. I don't know what's going on"
"He fucking cheated on her again. Don't sugar coat this shit for her Ashton", Luke stood next to me. "We went to a party one night, Calum cheated on her and because she was depressed, she tried to kill herself. I'm the one who found her".
I stared at the floor. She tried to kill herself? Luke sounded like he felt strongly about her. I just nodded my head.
"Can we uh...head to the apartment. I'm really tired", I just wanted to get out of the house. There were bad vibes to it and I didn't like what was going on.
"Yeah", Luke said shortly and I stood up but Ashton grabbed my arm to look at me.
"I have someone I want you to meet. Tomorrow maybe?" He smiled at me and I gave him a tired one back.
"Yeah", I said softly and he patted my arm.
The apartment was amazing too. It had beautiful indoor and outdoor pool. The living room and kitchen was huge and there was a balcony with just the right ammount of sun shining into it. The bathroom was huge, with a bath and a shower, although the bath looked more like a hot tub. Every counter was made of granite and when I went into me and Lukes room, I found a computer, great for my writing, and a TV, and even pictures of me and my friends and family up on the walls. There were some of Luke and his family and friends too but I didn't mind.
I saw one on the wall of me and Stiles. I sat on the bed and decided to call him, although its only noon there, knowing him, he could be sleeping.
