It'd been a few weeks, since the game where Atsumu had met Sakusa, he couldn't stop thining about him, how the boys eyes, dark, brown but not the kind of shade that's easy to describe. It was almost like they were both brown and yellow at the same time, with a silver creeping in around the edges as if it were trying to take over. He blinked and the umber eyes momentarily covered by the shield of his eyelashes; naturally long and soft looking. Atsumu laid on the couch flinging his hands over his own eyes and face, stretching them across down to his chain puffing and sighing to make sure it would annoy his brother who was sitting at the table, presumably on his phone doing nothing other than looking at recipes and or texting Suna.

"Atsumu, stop being an attention seeker. If it's about that boy why don't you look him up on social media or something." Osamu didn't even pausing to look up, still scrolling through his phone as if he were glued to it.

"Don't ya think I tried that! I just wanna talk again jeez. You have Suna and who do I have to talk to? NOBODY." Atsumu slouched up sitting on the couch and lazily walking over to the table his brother was seated at, pouting at him with his loud puffs and sighs.

"Sucks to suck them 'Tsumu." Osamu grinned at his brother a chuckled escaping his lips, Atsumus furrowed his brows, creasing his forehead at his brothers comment.

"You'd know, wouldn't ya, 'Samu." The blonde mumbled out immediately met by the confused and wide look on his brothers face, of course how he intended that to sound was completely how his twin did take it, trying to fit any sly remarks he could in. Atsumu enjoyed the moment where Osamus face washed blank with confusion, like his brains screws couldn't turn fast enough to take in the information from his wide eyes. Every muscle of his body just froze while the grin crept off of his face. Checkmate Samu, Checkmate.

Atsumu leans out his window watching the snow rest on the ground like a feather cushion, soft and warm looking. It covers the last bit of grass surrounding the house, deep wood in perfect white. Orange and gold stretches across the sky, the colour of the lining on a candy corn, orange and yellow sitting in a perfect harmony. It was beautiful, did he really have to go to a party tonight, the sun and snow much rather looked appealing but I guess a party seemed fun, plus it was rude to turn it down. Yahaba from Seijoh was hosting a party to celebrate all the teams who played in their last tournament thing persay; one reason remained on why he wanted to go, there was a chance he'd see Sakusa there, maybe he had the same thought maybe he thought it was rude to say no, but he also does hate crowds so it's a give or take chance really.

The night settled to blackness, a blue hue settling on the beams that the stars gave off, the kind of night that holds the stars and helps them to shine all the brighter. It was a warm black that hugged the surrounding building. The building looked nice, party light shinning throw one of the bottom windows, people sitting outside to talk and get away from everyone else. It was no surprise to see a lot of people out there, Shiratorizawas new third year captain, Shirabu, There was a warmth his copper hair brought to his features, a simple frame holding back a smile he definitely loved but would ever admit to. He was standing with his ace, Goshiki, proud, smiling at the shorter copper haired male, his smile extending to his eyes like a gentle touch, the honesty that he enjoyed standing there with the other even if he was noticeably freezing in the snowy weather. (might do a story on Shiragoshiki wink wink)

Atsumu walked into the house, scanning around. Most of the Seijoh members were littered around, not to fair and paired off. Kunimi and Kindaichi stood in the back of the living room, laughing and talking, Yahaba and Kyotani where by the stairs, they both looked kinda angry of the sorts but happy at the same time. There was a lot of chaos happening in one room, of course Sakusa nowhere to be found, and that was for the best. He didn't want the other to overwhelm himself with such a big crowd, everyone close, touching, a germ farming ground really. Atsumu walked to the kitchen to find someone to stand with or talk to at least, nobody. He peered down to his chest necklace a blue hue, the blonde scoffed and hid it under his shirt. Before of course he'd be happy to find his soulmate, someone he could hold and love; But maybe it was all just stupid, maybe he didn't even want to meet them even if he did they'd meet someday. So he just perched himself up on a counter grabbing a can of strawberry soda and looking around.

He listened to the conversations around him, even given just a script of conversation, with no context or voices, you would know they were definitely a team. The conversation was interrupted only by jokes, often at the expense of one of their friends. Yet from the dialogue that followed it was clear that no offence had been taken, quite the contrary. He enjoyed the banter, the witty and not-so-witty put-downs. They teased and jibbed one moment and discussed team strategy the next, taking one another seriously and giving well thought responses. But the sensible talk could never last too long, like it was scheduled by an egg timer. Soon the hilarity would start all over again. Atsumu enjoyed it, just listening to the fighting much how him and his brother would go at one another at practice or home. The banter was soon cut off as they moved themselves elsewhere, probably realizing they had been standing in the way of the food that was laid out on an island counter top, marble, boy would 'Samu like those. He always talke about how he dreamed of having a nice apartment with a great kitchen. Marble counters and those overhead pot holders, his twin made it quite clear after this last year in high school he'd be leaving volleyball. Of course at first Atsumu lashed at the idea, he wanted his twin with him but much as Atsumu was destined to be a great volleyball player, Osamu was destined to do great with his cooking, though the idea is still warming up to Atsumu.

His thoughts had been ripped from him as the kitchen feel silent, the only sound was that outside the room and his soda popping and fizzing up here and there as he took a drink, finishing the can and twirling it around his finger. The 'fun' was cut off by another figure walking in, dark hair again laying on his skin, the same rich dark eyes with the silver lining peering over at him. Unsure and uneasy looking, hands folded neatly in front of him trying to avoid touch or contamination.

"Omi-Omi!" Atsumu jumped off the counter and waved at Sakusa, his face and smile was one of happiness growing, you could see how it lit his eyes and spread into every part of him. A person smiles with more than their mouth, and he heard it in his voice, in the choice of his words and the way he relaxed.

"Sakusa, yah hi,I just got here, I wasn't going to come but I had a change in- heart I guess." Sakusa was thankful for the mask to hide his bluff, he didn't like loud, obnoxious people. In fact he hated them, but here he was with Atsumu Miya, loud, obnoxious, but different in his own way. The two spent forever talking, about nothing in particular, just talking and laughing. Trying to get to know each other and stay clear of the crowd playing whatever they were in there playing, probably some lovey or gushy game that Atsumu wanted no part in anyways. A few people had left already assuming they probably just either wanted privacy and or they were tired. Most of them were third years now, they had studying and and game plans to organize, trying to get scouted. The two seemed closer, more open and friendly.

"Gah my head hurts it's so loud in here." Atsumu yawned holding his head making a dramatic scene for himself, gazing up at Sakusa who was raising his brow and grossing his arms, he looke impressed but thinking.

"Probably your brain trying to process its own stupidity." Sakusa half-wittingly remarked back at Atsumu, the blonde pouted up at Sakusa who was snickering at his own remark and Atsumus pout.

"Hm well I can prove I'm not stupid, I know magic." Atsumu smirked at the raven haired individual, Sakusas face scanning for a bluff of some sort, though the comment seemed entirely serious with Atsumu thinking hard about how to do his 'magic trick.' "You see Omi, give me your phone number and I can line the numbers up to show you a secret message in them! Everyones numbers have it, that's how they generate them." Sakusa seemed surprised yet intrigued by it so he nodded and wrote his number on a piece of paper from his pocket, along with a pen Atsumu grabbed off the counter and sanitized for Sakusas use, washing his hands in the sink afterwards.

"Thanks Omi! I gotta get going now but I'll text you later alright!" Atsumu walked backwards out the kitchen door, smiling and waving like a giddy school girl, the happiness was infectious. A tingle in Sakusas fingers and toes, much like the feeling of anxiousness, but instead of worrisome it's warm. The taller was left surprised Atsumu had pulled that off, he may be loud an dramatic but he was smooth.
