"It was Mr. Dominique?" She tried to state which sounded more like a question for she couldn't believe that her Aunt's own husband would try to kill her.
"Yes my dear, indeed it was him." Holmes confirmed.
Knowing all this Miss. Adler decided to go talk to Mr. Dominique by herself and with Holmes to find out the actual truth behind all this.
When they both pulled up in front the Dominique house, Miss Adler practically ran off inside the house to find out the truth as to her eagerness and disgust against her own uncle was killing her inside and out.
When they both finally met Mr. Dominique, Irene was the first to speak up.
"Was it you?" She interrogated the uncle.
"Was I what?" He asked scratching the back of his head.
"The murderer." She stated.
"What????" He said sounding totally shocked by her outburst.
"Don't be surprised Mr. Dominique. I can show you the math if you'd like or you can just confess it." Holmes interfered.
"No, it wasn't be." He refused to confront.
"Okay everyone, story time!" Holmes announced whilst he took a seat and narrated everything from A-Z about his theory and to say Mr. Dominique was impressed as well as horrified was an understatement.
