"Hey, Dad!" Alyssa hugged and greeted her beloved father
"How are you? They both sat down at the table
"I'm doing good and you?
"I'm alright,"
"How's your mom?
"She's....she has moved on. She's married to some wealthy guy in Houston," Alyssa tells her dad
"That fucking whore," Alyssa's dad seemed angry that his wife has moved on
"I know, Dad" Alyssa agreed with her father
Alyssa's dad is serving a 40 years sentence for money laundering, murder, and drug trafficking at San Quentin state prison. He has already served 5 years and counting. "I'm sorry I haven't come to see you often," Alyssa apologizes to her dad
"It's cool!" He said and they both smiled
"How is my granddaughter?
"Dad, I can't even love my child because I don't know to love her. When my mother didn't even love me," Alyssa opened up to her dad
"Princess, don't tell the way your mother treated you affect your ability to love your daughter,"
''I know, but nobody seems to understand me or ask me why I'm so fucked up like my mother," Alyssa was deeply emotional
"I understand you, my daughter!"
"Thanks, Daddy!" She leaned over and they hugged
Alyssa has always had a close relationship with her dad and she was heartbroken when her dad got arrested a couple of years back. "I love you, kiddo," Earl tells his beloved daughter
"I love you too, Daddy!'' She smiled at her father

"You mean to tell she left Kairi alone in the apartment while she was asleep? David's mom was shocked
"Yeah," David was still angry with Alyssa
"That's insane," Tina was in disbelief
''I can't trust her alone with our daughter,"
"David, don't say that. She's still her mom and I'm sure Alyssa loves her baby," Tina assured her son
David loves Alyssa and wants her to be the best mother to their daughter. Even though she wanted to abort Kairi, when she found out she was expecting.
