There was a family on Lindy Lane; they were a good family with good morals. They didn't live in the nicest neighborhood and they didn't have the whitest picket fence or the most clean cut and green lawn but they had each other. This family consisted of 4: there was a typical mom with no dad in the picture, but her mother lived with her so these two kids were being raised by grandma most of the time while mom was off working a typical 9 to 5. The mom of this family had her oldest child when she was only 16 she tried her best and did all she could. When she got pregnant with her son her boyfriend left without warning and left her all alone with a child and another on the way. This mom eventually bought a house on lindy lane and a month later her child was born and around this time her mother wasn't doing well so she had to move in with her daughter. Now we have our family all together. Let's fast forward 5 years. The oldest child was 12, her name is Selina the youngest was 5 his is Henry these two siblings were about as average as it gets. So this boring average family lived a boring average life until one day. The mom came home with a lottery ticket she scratched it off and she won! She screamed with excitement and gathered everyone up to break the news everyone was excited and they all jumped with joy. They had excitement coursing through their veins for they did not know what pain would await. The mom went out to go straight back to the store where she had purchased the ticket but on her way there she was on facetime with her friend she was excited and ignorant to her surroundings she went through a red light and heard the horn of another car but by the time she looked ahead it was to late this mom of 2 got into a nasty reck a multi car collision each car totaling her car and breaking the windows and it just so happened to be windy that day so the ticket blew out of the cup holder and was coasting through the wind while this mom is hanging on her steering wheel with blood dripping from her head. So now these kids have no mom and no money no source of income they would suffer because of this and life would become very hard for them while this ticket is still blowing in the wind and who would find it is someone you wouldn't believe none other than the children's father this man was an abusive drunk and no one deserving of this money but he had it and a mother was dead and a family was left to suffer and that's how life is sometimes we all have our own version of this lottery ticket but that's just the way life goes and there's no changing that sometimes the good fall and the evil rise but the question is will you stay down or will you get back up.
