My brother Toya was playing with Shoto and me in the yard. Our father came out and started yelling at him, he stood in front of us to protect us from him. After I began noticing the bad burns on his body, he began distancing himself from us. Then the next week Toya disappeared without a trace, we had no idea where he went. We were left to fend for ourselves against our father...

"Seia, are you alright?"

I open my eyes to see my brother's worried face next to mine. I sat up rubbing the sleep out of my eyes, then I continued to get ready for school. We got into UA by recommendation so we didn't have to go through the test our other classmates went through. Sometimes, Shoto receeds into his mind, and doesn't talk to me. Why? Because he has a hard time looking at me, I wouldn't blame him. I have my mother's face but everything else is like my dad's. My quirk Hellflame burns anyone I use it on.

"Seia, we're here," Shoto said.

I looked up to the glass building, this is where our new hero life begins. I sighed and watched an angry porcupine-haired boy stomp pass. My eyes glowed as he looked at me, he was clearly annoyed with me staring at him.

"What are you staring at, redhead?"

I quickly looked away from him as I sped into the building. I wasn't even paying attention to where I was going and I ended up bumping into a crazy-looking blonde guy. He was walking with an orange-haired girl who was beginning to look at me strangely.

"Oh... uh... sorry. I should've watched where I was going."

"What class are you in?" The orange-haired girl asked.

"Oh, 1A. You?"

"1B."

We chatted for a small bit while the blonde was constantly glaring at me for a strange reason. It was making me uncomfortable.

"What's your name?"

"Itsuka Kendo, the angry boy glaring at you is Neito Monoma. What's yours?"

"Seia Todoroki."

"Oh, so you're a Todoroki. How's it feel to be living with the Number 2 hero?" Monoma sneered.

I glared at him, "Awful actually, treats all his kids like garbage."

Itsuka knocked Monoma out which startled me a little bit.

"Come on, it seems you have gotten lost. I'll take you to your classroom."

"Thanks."

As we walked, Itsuka was apologizing for Monoma's behavior. When we arrived at the classrooms Shoto came running up to me worriedly.

"I'm fine, Shoto."

He stared coldly at Itsuka, "Who are they?"

"My new friend Itsuka and her classmate Monoma."

"Thanks for bringing her," Shoto said, bowing to her.

"What? It was no big deal."

"It is, sees my sister is very airheaded and will sometimes wander off into dangerous situations."

"Oh. My. God. Shoto I'm not that bad."

He continued talking to Itsuka about my bad habits so I decided to enter my classroom. I was met with the same crimson red eyes as before with that porcupine.

"Hey, porcupine."

The green curly-haired boy began freaking out when I taunted the crimson-eyed boy. A tick mark appeared on his face as he stood up and grabbed my uniform collar.
