Rhiezzie and Zen were the twin Son and Daughter of Krenz and Estelle Chieeme, The Duke of wall Rose. Even so, the Duke Krenz was still more powerful than the King. He would be an Emperor only if he didn't go.
Rumors had it that Krenz fought titans till he died while Estelle took the head Duchess and waited till Koutaro her eldest step-son to the next one of the head but since she was assinated, and Koutaro just turned adult and can have the title of the duke now has taken care of his 4 younger twins siblings.
Miles and Michael are Twins with the same mother as there elder brother, Rhiezzie and Zēn just related to them by there Father's blood and there Mother are diffrent from there older brothers.
Thought, Koutaro think that its best for there younger siblings to have a normal life. So at the age of 7, Rhiezzie and Zēn was moved to there own house at Wall Shina, as Koutaro, Miles and Michael just visit them and send them there own money fee.

"Im sorry dear, But this is for the better future for them. Fighting for humanity is always our duty" A deep voice 'Krenz' said, he took the woman's hand "Stop stressing about this Estelle.. This is not good for you" He said as he kiss 'Estelle' on the cheek, Using his other hand to wipe the tears on her eyes.
"Duke, The carriage is here" A butler said as he bowed
There in the open field of the Chieeme Estate stood many butler and maids line up surrounding 3 teenagers and two adults.
"Father.." A deep but gentle voice called out.
"Koutaro, My dear son take care of your mother and siblings for me ok son?" Krenz took hold of 'Koutaro' 's shoulder while Koutaro stood straight and putting his hand to his chest bowing at his father after he let him go.
"Yes, Father. Take care" Koutaro said. His father turned to his both twin siblings,
"Miles, Michael.. Listen to your Brother and Mother and don't stress her, Now take care my sons" Krenz hug his 3 sons.
"We'll take better care of Mother and Reiji and Zen Father!" Both Miles and Michael said at the same time, There purple like crystal eyes showing determination to taking care of there younger siblings.
Krenz turned to his wife, seeing her in tears hurt his heart so much.
"Take care Estelle.. Said good things about me to our Twins ok?" Krenz said as he pat both the 2nd Twins that looks like his wife that was sleeping In each Twin Maids Arm.
"Take care ok dear?" Estelle said as she hug her husband one last time.
Through out the months Estelle, Koutaro, Miles and Michael received a message of who had survived to the war of humanity over titans but nothing in the list was there to say the name of Duke.

"This is part of your Daddy's hair, We have been thinking of something impossible for a while." She said as she sit at the bed where the twins are almost asleep.
"Which is?" A boy said, that look alike his sister beside her.
"Which is, Maybe someday.. We'll find a way to make our love one's alive yet again.." She said before she smiled, They heard a knock on the door.
Without waiting to reply or to answer, The door flew open revealing a shadowed masked. Estelle took the locket before putting it in a box, She threw it at the twins before she has teary eyes, slowly blood dripping from her mouth.
"I love you....My babies.. Kou,..Mil.. Mic....Zen and rei.."
"MOM!" Reiji screamed at the top of her lungs, as her glossy eyes shoot open. She look around before finding that she is alone, She was about to look for her brother as the Door swung open with her maids came in.
"Are you ok Lady Reiji?!" Asked Lin who is one of the maids, Reiji look at her before she burst out crying. Lin and Tesla look at each other before scooping the little girl before making a run for the head Duke.
"Linny..Tesy..Are you guys leaving me too?" Lin and Tesla look at the only person they treat as princess of the Estate, Seeing her in tears made them smile softly.
"Lady, We're here, You need to look at the present..Not the past...." Tesla commented, Lin nodding in agreement.
They made it to the Duke's office, before opening the door Seing mountains of paper works on the office.
"Ughh, Damn King!" A voice yelled out.
"Kou-niichan..." Reiji called out with a sniff to the voice quickly noticing a Guy older than 19 with a thud. The guy has Blonde hair with Orange eyes like Reiji's, The Guy 'Koutaro' scooped the little girl in his arms.
"Why are you crying cupcake?" He noticed that after swooping his sister in his arms, her hands are clenched and no sign of letting go.
"You're not leaving too right? You'll stay with me, zee, Tesy and Linny right?" She asked as she look up at her big brother. The Boy smiled softly at the girl.
"Ofcourse! I promised that I'll bring you all the freedom we await!" He swirl around with Reiji who was now a giggling fit. "I promise you that I'll protect you and our siblings forever.." He said as he look at his sisters eye, His Orange dulled pupil eyes bore to the same eyes as his sister's.

The maids and Butler who was in the same room as the twins and the Duchess room sighed in Dissapointed before smiling in relief.
