Where we meet

I stood still, as the voices spoke to me. " Don't be annoying, and don't act weak either. " Said the void walker. "Could you shush for at least 5 minutes, I'm trying to think" I said. A loud voice comes over the speaker, " Wraith please come in" I walk inside the audition area slowly, soon coming across 3 legends . They were kinda cool looking I guess.

"So, your Wraith? " Said a girl with red buns and a drone beside her.
"Yes." I say nervously, these people were apex legends, top of the top, they were here because they can fight and I don't want to be a victim.
" You can call me lifeline, anyways, why should you become a legend" She says, I look behind her there is a guy with two prosthetic legs, and goggles on. Another had a gas mask on.

"Well.. I can fight pretty decent, with my kunai" I say sternly, "Ah okay, and what else, any gadgets you can use, or anything that can help you fight?" She asked as she made a check mark on her board, " Well, I can do this" I say as I make a portal. "Okay, that's all for now.. Let me go talk to my friends about you" She said as she looked kinda shocked, same as her buddies behind her.

30 minutes or so later, she comes back and I stand up. " Welcome Wraith to the team " She says with a smile. I slightly smile back, I've never been able to smile like others, my smile is a smirk in a way. She brings me to the living room, there were people with crows and man buns, people with drones and just plain out robots. One person caught my eye, a girl with blond hair and blue eyes, she had a big scar on her face. " Everyone, this is Wraith " Lifeline says, everybody turns their attention to me, " Cool, knew you could do it " Says the void-walker.

I look down, I can't look at any of them, there are too many people looking at me, my anxiety starts kicking in. " Hey don't start just say hi back ". I get snapped out of my chat with the Walker when the legends start calling my name, I zoned out. " I smiled and waved back as they all introduces themselves, they showed me my room, and they already have my stuff on its ways in moving trucks.

The next day my stuff was moved in, and it was a pretty comfy spot, one bed, and one bathroom and whatever else you want there. As I was sorting stuff out on my desk, I heard a knock on my door. " Come in " I say, that girl walks in, the one with blond hair. I found out her name was Wattson yesterday. " Hello Wraith, nice to finally talk to you " She said with a calming smile. " So how's it going "? Ive never really talked to anybody like this, like 1 on 1, last time I did was 3 years ago, when I was being tested on.

" Wanna go walk around the track outback, I need to tour you anyways, let me help you" She says so nicely. She helps me sort out a few things, after were done we walk towards the back of the building. The building is pretty huge so you can get lost easily.
We get outside to the track, there are benches, pools, bleachers, and one huge track.

Authors note: I'm so happy I got over 500 hundred words, this is my first ever story so it's probably the worst story you've ever read 😅😅
