The hospital discharged her that night, saying she was alright. Chan took her to her home. "Y/n, move in with us. It might be dangerous to live alone" Chan told her, but y/n was hesitant about meeting her dad, who didn't even attend her mom's funeral. "I will think about it," she said. "Hmm fine... I will come to check up on you tomorrow, bye" with that Chan drove away to his home. She went inside her home and locked the door. She shivered after what had happened today and felt her heartache, knowing that Minho is one of the most wanted serial killers. Well, no one can tell, he was just a boy working in the convenience store. Suddenly she heard a rustling sound in the kitchen.She went to check the place to find it completely empty and sighed in relief and went back to her room, locking the door. When she was about to fall asleep, she felt someone touching her leg. She screamed and backed away when she saw someone at the corner of the bed. "M-Minho??" She asked and kept backing away as he came closer to her. Minho pulled her in a hug," please don't run away from me" he said and cried in her shoulder.She was confused right now, this morning he was trying to kill her. But, now he's crying like a baby in her shoulders. Her heart melted at the sight even when she knew he nearly killed her today. "I figured that you didn't turn me in to the police even when you knew I was the killer. Is there any reason behind it?" He asked with some sort of hope filling his eyes. "I don't know...." You said and lowered your eyes. 
"Y/n....I-I promise I won't hurt you. Please be with me" he asked her holding her hands and, he realized that she was kind of uncomfortable with the situation. "Don't worry... you can take your time. Good night. I will take the couch" he said and went to the living room while she was wondering why he was sleeping in her home. The next day she woke up to the smell of freshly made bacon and omelette. Minho smiled at her as she came to the living room. "Let's eat," he said and pulled her towards the small dining table. She ate in silence not knowing what to talk about. "Thank you," she said as she finished her breakfast and went to do the dishes, "No. You are sitting here. I will do the job," he said, snatching the plates away from her hand and went to the kitchen followed by y/n. After he was done with the dished, the doorbell rang.
Y/n remembered that her brother would be coming today and suddenly turned to minho, who had a confused look in his face. "Listen, you gotta hide here. Don't come out until I call you, okay?" She said and Minho nodded and hid behind the door. She opened the door to Chan, as he came in smiling. "Looks like you already had breakfast. That's good. You shouldn't be skipping meals," he said cheerfully and then turned serious, "y/n, I think you need to move in with us," he said as she kept nervously looking at the door "Chan, I think I'd be fine here," she said yo chan who shook his head, "y/n, he killed someone yesterday night"
Y/n was shocked as he spent the night at her home after killing someone and is still in her kitchen waiting for her brother to go. "Y/n, it's safer to move in with me" Chan kept insisting it is for her safety but, she believed Minho wouldn't harm her after he cried in her shoulder yesterday. So, she came up with an excuse of her dad," Chan, I'm not comfortable with meeting dad now, I'm sure I'll be safe. If something happens I will call you" she smiled, hugging Chan. Minho was looking at her through the keyhole and felt jealous. He wanted a family as well. He wanted to be hugged by someone as well. After Chan left the home, Minho came out from the kitchen and hugged her from behind which made her blood rise to her cheeks, "Minho, did you kill yesterday?" She asked and he couldn't look her in the eyes. "So you killed. Minho please, you are a nice person. I don't want you to kill people" she said to him, slowly. "But, they all are depressed. So, I'm doing them a favour" he defended "how can killing someone be a favour!?" She asked him furiously and went to her room and locked the door.Within seconds, she heard a huge crash. She went outside to see Minho going crazy. He was clutching his hair tightly and start breathing heavily. "Minho are you alright" y/n was afraid something would happen to Minho. "Don't leave me! Stay here" he hugged her and eventually calmed down. "Please don't leave me alone. I will do anything you say," he asked her desperately. "Stop killing people. If you do, I will always be with you" "fine. Just don't leave me" he snuggled in closer to you as you caressed his hair believing he'd stop killing innocent people. You asked him to sleep on the bed while you cleaned the house and called your manager to ask for a leave.

AT THE DETECTIVE OFFICE,
Chan was still busy with finding the killer, he was even more furious at the criminal than before, after seeing his sister's condition yesterday at the garage. "I will catch him no matter what happens. I gotta protect Y/n" he said yo himself. "Btw, we gotta investigate y/n. She's the only victim who survived. Anything might be useful. At this rate, we look like a jobless detective with no cases" Hyunjin told me. Well, chan had to agree with him. "Okay, I will bring her for investigation tomorrow" chan still couldn't believe he found his sister but was really worried as she had changed drastically since he last saw her, she used to be so cheerful but, now she looks like she is lonely and isolated from everyone.
