2/1/2021 , 11PM

"Honey, go to sleep please. It's late and online classes start at 8AM. You need some rest.", my mom told me before she gave me a good night kiss and turned off the lights.

It didn't matter though, I barely slept during quarantine. I think about too many things at once and my mind just wont shut off. Its so annoying, but somehow it got normal. My Boyfriend (Dave) and me started fighting a few hours ago. We haven't talked since then. Is it me? Did I do anything wrong? Did I overreact? I don't know. All I know is that I will think of it all night.

2/2/2021 , 8AM

"Mona, stand up. Don't you have school now?", my mom woke me up softly. I jumped up, reached out to my computer, checked my E-Mails and clicked on the zoom link that we got for our online classes. My mom left my room quickly. I was in class just by time. Our math teacher started asking questions about our homework. She randomly chose a person to answer her question. The first person was me, of course it was. I had all my homework in front of me but still was scared to death. "I- yes the answer to that is- ummm...the answer is twe- twenty...ummm twenty five", I stuttered. That was so embarrassing.

2/2/2021 , 3PM

Yet I've ate some cookies and did my German homework. Suddenly I got a call. It was Hannah, my best friend. I answered my phone "Omg hey baby! How are you". She giggled and answered "Hey bae! I'm great though, how are you?". We talked for some hours and did some homework together. Later in the day I helped my mom making dinner. I wasn't that hungry so I went back to my room to text Hannah. She was totally into a boy in our class. She was super excited meeting him tomorrow. I was super tired so I started reading a book. I fell asleep with the book on my face. "MONA, your phone is ringing wake up!" my big sister, Meredith, yelled at me and held me my phone in my face. I sat down slowly and took my phone to see who's calling but first I put on my glasses. "Who is it?" she asked. I answered super tired and shook "It's Dave". Meredith smirks. "Stop it. Just get out" I said. We both started laughing. When my sister left, I hung up. I didn't wanna talk to him or fight with him again, not in that moment- I just wasn't in the mood. (2/3/2021 , 8AM)

2/3/2021 , 11AM

I got ready to go to Dave's house and talk to him. When I got there it took me 10 minutes to finally knock at the door. I heard a girl laughing behind the doors. She opened the door and said "Hey, you are?", I was super confused. I just stuttered, "Is Dave home?". She smirked and shouted, "Dave a friend yours is here. Can you please come babe?!" I had no words. Did she just call him babe?! What the heck is going on?

He came down the stairs, "Yes sure honey what's wro-" he stopped talking when he saw me. "Dave who is she?", I asked confused. "Mona, what are you doing here? You're not supposed to be here." "Why? So you can go cheat on my with others?! How could you do this to me?", I sobbed. " Look Mona I'm sorry. I never meant to hurt you-", he slowly answered. "Wait- who is this Dave?", the girl asked just as confused as me. "What? Oh. She's a friend- a good friend of mine" he answered stressed. "A friend of yours?! Are you actually kidding me? I'm his- I was his girlfriend. I guess you didn't know about that did you? Well I guess he used you too." I said madly. "You cheated on her- with me?!", she sobbed. Dave was trapped. He couldn't get himself out of that with a 'sorry'. So I decided to take the girls hand, leave and take her with me.

We took a taxi to get her home. It was near Hannah's house so I walked there by myself. I started crying twice on my way. When I finally got there she wasn't home. I waited a few minutes until I couldn't wait anymore. I was passing the street when I heard her calling my name out of a supermarket across the street. "Mona!", she shouts." I was so happy to see her. We walked home together and ate noodles. "So what brought you here?", she asked softly. I starred at her, almost started crying, and said "Nothing, it's just you know, Dave. He- I visited him and- There was a blonde girl- she", Hannah interrupted me and asked impatiently "Mona, just tell me what's wrong. What did he do?" I couldn't stop starring at her, when I finally could, I said "He cheated on me Hannah. He cheated on me with that blonde girl." Hannah was shook. She held my hand and hugged me. We spent time together the whole weekend. She made me food, we watched some random Netflix shows and we did sports in the morning. My parents where out this weekend so it was okay that I stayed at Hannah's. Her parents also see me like a second daughter, im almost there every week.

2/10/2021 , 3PM

Now it's been 1 weeks. I'm home by now. School starts in 3 days, real school. We have to wear masks and stay around 5 feeds apart. My parents will take Hannah, Meredith and me to school. My sister and Hannah get along very well, at least I don't have to worry about that. Both of them hated Dave, they still do and even more than ever. "Hey you. Can you bring the trash outside please? Mom told me to do it but I have online classes now." That was a lie of course. I knew that. But I did it anyways. I went and felt Dave's dog climbing me up. Dave was standing across the street though. "Leave me alone", I said annoyed. "Look I am sorry, you shouldn't find out this way. It was horrible of me. I miss you.", he said softly and manipulating. I couldn't trust him, he broke my heart once and I just cant happen again. "I can't. Please leave now", I almost started crying, it was hard to let go, even though I hated him for what he did.

2/13/2021 , 7AM

On our way to school Hannah and Me talked about me and that I don't want to see Dave in school. I also told her that he tried to get me back. She was super mad. When we arrived we could see Dave already flirting with another girl. I was upset about it the whole day. "He didn't mean it, right? He didn't miss me at all", I looked at her upset. She totally had enough of him, so she stood up, walked to him and slapped him in his face. "That's for cheating on my best friend", she said in his scared and shook face. She slapped him again "And that's for making her upset about you", she said slowly, "because obviously you aren't worth it". She came back to my and said "Someone had to" I smiled and gave her a hug. "You can count on me", she finished her sentence.
