The Tenth Titan (AOT Fan Fic)

11. Yeagerists

The next morning, you wake up to your new and old comrades shuffling around to get things ready for their assault on the port. Their mission was to get to the plane and catch up with Eren before he could do any more damage. Though, the only problem was the Yeagerists with Flock being Eren's main follower. He had most of their old commands following him, including their new ODM gear. Luckily they had a hold of their old ones so that they weren't completely defenseless. However, you had your own plan.

Dusting off the grass, you begin to tighten the straps to your gear. Making sure everything was intact, purple eyes began to scan the surroundings. Gabi and Falco were waking up Reiner before Jean stepped in with a kick to the warrior's side. Taking a sigh with your nose, a familiar ravened haired girl comes up with the old ODM gear on.

"Ready, (Y/n)?" Mikasa questions.

You gave her a sad smile, "as ready as I'll ever be."

She smiles back before joining the group, you trailing behind her with a click of your boots. Hange finishes up putting their supplies on the cart titans back before everyone joins her on Pieck. Before you knew it, the wind was flowing through your hair as Pieck ran towards the rocky desert. Levi, who was leaning up against Hange, roughly kicks at your foot. This action gained your attention with a shift of your eyes. His only visible eye stared back while the wind shifted his hair past it.

"What's your plan?" he states, making everyone turn towards the two of you.

"Which one?" you reply.

"The port for now," he clarifies. "You haven't strapped on your ODM gear yet, so you must have something planned out."

Looking down, another voice floats into your ears. "(Y/n), we're in this together. We always have, if you plan to do something reckless... At least let us help you." Armin says from beside you.

"I'll be making sure nothing happens to Annie and Reiner, they'll be our best support in this fight," you state.

Levi's face stays blank as you continue, "I'll stay uphill as cover."

That's all you said as they gave you stern nods of approval. Approaching the docks, Pieck comes to a walk before stopping behind a hill of large rocks. You slide off the side of her back and thumb onto the ground. Everyone follows after as you take a peek at the situation. There were Yeagerists stationed everywhere, especially in front of the boat that held the plane. Cursing under your breath, you report back. Hange looks towards you, seeing your stern look. White hair seemed to shadow your expression.

"There's Yeagerists everywhere, more are stationed in front of the boat. They knew we were coming from a mile away," you growl.

"Shit," Hange mumbles.

"Inside they have a hostage as well," you reply.

Everyone knew who it was as Mikasa tightens her grip on the hilt of the ODM gear's handles. Hange begins to come up with a new plan after being informed of the worst. Taking a seat next to Levi, you help him situate the hilt of the ODM gear between his missing fingers. He looks at you for a moment before whispering.

"You knew?" he was referring to the Yeagerists.

"Yes," you replied.

He only nodded before directing the attention to Hange and Armin's idea. Once it was all said and done, the group began to split up for the operation. Leaving you with Pieck in her human form.

"What are you actually planning?" She questions as you lay down in the cover of the rocks.

You ignore her as you position yourself between two rather large rocks.

"You come out of nowhere and everyone just trusts you? Well, I don't, not after..." She trails off.

"Don't think about it too hard, Pieck," you state.

She watches as one of the Eldian sniper rifles manifests from your open skin. It slowly takes shape before you take it in your open hands.

"How-" Pieck questions, watching you lay down on your stomach.

Looking through your scope, you find Connie and Armin talking to one of the Yeagerists. It wasn't looking good for them as they pulled out their own guns and pointed them at the two.

"Who are you?" she asks again.

"The daughter of Ymir, now prepear yourself," you zoom in on the two.

Before Armin or Connie could pull out their own guns, you pull the trigger for them after Armin's jaw was shot off. Their bodies fell into the ocean as all hell broke loose. Your once friends, turn foe begin to drop like flies trying to get to the boat. Annie and Reiner transform as you cover everyone's back. Pieck ends up joining them with her own gun in hand. The two warriors begin to fall as the Yeagerists begin to overcome the team. Hange and Jean were in charge of getting the Azumabito representative to the boat. However, with Annie down, Reiner was having some trouble, including the rest of your squad. Cursing, you use your hand and push yourself up and over the rocks that were covering you. Putting your right foot in front of you while the other kept balance, you slide down the mountain, shooting whoever got close. From the shadow, Pieck's titan appeared with the kids, Yelena, and Onyankopon on her back. Finally touching the pavement, you began to shoot whoever you saw move towards the ship. Even if you personally knew them.  Out of breath, you finally meet back up with your comrades.

"(Y/n)! Get on the ship with the others!" Hange states.

Ignoring her, they all watch as you bite down on your hand, blood-spewing into your mouth. She jumps out of the way as a cloud of steam overtakes the area. Bone like limbs come out of the steam, catching the Yeagerists off guard. Some stab into their stomachs while they push your titan upwards. Screaming out, everyone has to cover their ears before a spear is shoved into a cluster of Yeagerists.

"Everyone on the ship!" Armin shouts.

They try their best to stop your titan but, they had no chance once you transformed. Once it was over, you look down at your out of breath friends with the same expressions as them. They had killed everyone, they killed their friends. 

"Let's go before those guys come back-" Jean is cut off by Falco's titan.

He was out of control and tried to eat them after he had shifted to help.

"Falco!" Your voice comes through as you peel him off Pieck.

He had attacked her neck without knowing. Pinning him down with your arms, General Magath cut him out of his titan. Once they got away, you emerge from your titan's neck with red flowers falling from your white hair. Those who weren't familiar had to hold back their awe and head for the ship with a couple of injuries. Everyone began to board, except for you and the General. Turning towards him, you already knew he was going to sacrifice himself. 

"Take Falco and leave," he handed you the unconscious boy.

Taking him bridle style you gave him a nod, "thank you."

With that, you were the last one to board the ship. Jean shut the door behind you as the ship began to take off with the Plane strapped behind it. Making your way to Pieck and gabi who was sat on the deck, you gentle set the boy between them as Gabi helps make sure he doesn't hurt his head. Looking out towards the port, you saw a familiar ship docked and began to walk towards the railing.

"What a stubborn man he is..." You heard Pieck's sad voice.

Moments later, everyone joined you just as the ship blew up with the Yeagerists inside. Gabi began to cry in horror as Pieck holds her in comfort. Everyone just stared, knowing he was no longer alive. You on the other hand turned your back to the scene, not wanting to look at it any longer.
