Title: Where The Chips Fall.
Eric's POV
"So Eric do you like drag races," He asked, " Cause I have two tickets." I scanned my brain to see if I had anything important coming up. "Um....sure." I said frantically. "Ok. We can meet here around 3 o'clock tomorrow." I opened my mouth. "P.M." He answered my question before I could ask it. Why do people always do that. "Ok. Sounds great. But my university is about an hour away so----" I was cut of again for the second time tonight.. "Wait you're in college." He asked in a shaky voice. " Yeah, but it's alright." I lied. I had a lot of studying to do. "But aren't finals coming up." Kris wondered. "No finals are a month away." I lied again. Finals are like a week and a half away. "Ok." He sounded uneasy.
"Alright, see you tomorrow night." I said then walked away. Cylis seemed more than ready to go. So he wobbled to the car. I drove 'cause I wasn't drunk. Kris gave me his number before we left. When we got back to the university, the dorm advisor was drooling all over his desk. Snoring loudly as always. We tiptoed past him very quickly and quietly. Though he is a very heavy sleeper. There are elevators that lead to every floor, but if we're caught one more time, especially since there are cameras in the elevators, we took the stairs. As we've done the past five times. Even though I can bet $20 that other people are still not here yet. I looked through the door window and ducked down instantly. "What." Cylis whispered to me. I yanked down his shoulder and he ducked down too. I completely forgot about the 2nd dorm advisor that the boy's dorm has now. They hired him because even the dean of the school knew the 1st dorm advisor was lazy as fuck. He just didn't have the heart to fire him. I looked around at what I could see through the door window. The coast was clear. We slowly opened the door when we heard other party exhausted students. We rushed to our room door and got in before we heard the other students get busted. I jumped in my bed and grabbed my laptop; while Cylis got on his IPhone. We both fell asleep within minutes.

I woke up to the sound of Cylis complaining that his head is 'pounding' and 'ugh, my head's killing me' which I wasn't able to sleep through. I decided to tell Cylis where I was going if I was gonna borrow his car. It's not a big deal. But he'll make it into a big deal. He's Cylis. " Hey Cy, can I borrow your car. I'm going out tonight." I asked gelling my hair. "Your going to the Hookah bar---again." He raised an eyebrow. " No. But I am going there but I'm meeting someone there." I said with a mouth full of liquefied toothpaste. "Who?" He questioned. "Does it matter?" I sighed. " Naw. You can take the car. The keys are on the desk." He held his head in pain from being hungover. " Thanks." I smiled. I guess he wasn't gonna make it a big deal. But I am. Why did I agree to the drag race thing? Especially since it was a stranger I've never met before. I have seen him at the bar a few times. Flirting with guys! Oh no. I going on a date. With someone that might be actually in to me. Great
