We all exited the tunnel leading into open air outside.
"Where? What plan?" Wild card asks.
"I'll show you." I said.
I dragged Wildcard over to the side and start explaining the plan.
"The plan is we're gonna sneak on a bus?" He asked confused.
I whisper the plan in his ear.
"Oh.."
He swipes on the iPad to show the next drawing.
"Holy- " he looks at guppy who rolls her eyes. "Doo doo. I mean yes very interesting. Uh-huh. Okay, makes sense. Yep. Okay. Wow, "
he looks at me
" that's really smart"
he snatches the iPad off of me earning an eye roll.
"Okay, everyone, Jokester and I figured out a way for us to do this."
He shows the iPad to everybody.
"Check it out. Ojo drew us a clue. A supply ship."
Ojo smiles while getting a pat on the back from everybody.
"So what does that mean?" A Capella asks.
"It means there's probably never nearby. That we'll sneak on board and pilot to the mother ship." I finish for him.
"That's actually a good idea no matter who thought of it." Wheels compliments.
"Thank you." Me and Wildcard smile.
"Come on, it's time we show these aliens what's what." Missy says.
We all start walking/running to the ship, slow-mo sadly wasn't fast enough and nearly got left behind.
"Hurry up, Slow-mo!" Wildcard yelled.
We all stopped behind a big rock.
"Look, there's the supply ship. Just like in Ojo's drawing!" Pam exclaimed.
Everybody started complaining because of the tentacles going into the trees.
"Ew."
"Gross."
"Disgusting."
"Shh. Keep it down. Wait....wait a second...let's go!" Pam said.
We all started running to the space ship. Once we got in missy said..
"Shut the door and let's get out of here. Wheels can you—"
"No! We're not all here!" Me and wheels shouted.
"What? Who's missing?.....Oh.." fast forward sighed. "Slow-mo."
We all looked over to the door, seeing slow-mo running slowly over to us. Reminding me of a slow motion movie scene.
"Slow-mo! Cut it out! Run!" Wildcard complained.
Everybody started rpcheering on slow-mo telling him to run and keep going.
"Hurry! They're coming back!" Guppy screamed.
"Ten to one says he tentacled." Face maker said.
"Bet!" I smiled.
"Dude!" Wheels groaned.
Everybody started cheering in encouragement.
While A Capella started singing 'Chariots of fire." You know that one slow motion song.
The aliens started getting closer and closer.
"alright hold me down!" Noodles yelled.
Everybody did as told. Noodles stretched his arms out to get slow-mo. He picked him up and brought him over.
"Yes!" Pam yelled hugging rewind. ( oooo~)
Wheels pressed a yellow button shutting the door.
"Wheels. Tell me you've figured it out!" Pam shouted.
"It's actually incredibly intuitive."
He then pressed a green button making the whole room shake and a "force field" go around the ship. I grabbed onto Wildcard terrified for my life. He hugged me back. I could tell missy was getting jealous but did think much of it so she yelled..
"Please, just choose any button!"
"It might be one of these." Wheels said.
"Red button." I mumbled.
"What?" Wildcard asked.
"Red button."
"Red button!" He yelled.
Guppy ran over and pressed the red button causing us to go into the air.
" you know she can let go now. It's over." Missy groaned.
"She hates heights." Pam flicked missy forehead.
"Hey, Look at the view.." Wildcard whispered.
I let go slowly, still holding onto Wildcards hand , I walking over to the window. Let me just say... Wow. It was beautiful.
"Woah..." I whispered.
"Woah. Woah indeed." Wildcard said.
(Can you guess what he's talking about. Let me say it ain't the sky. ;) )
"But now what?" Noodles asked.
"Don't worry. Any minute now, Ojos gonna draw a picture of all of us smiling and hugging our parents. Isn't that right! ojo?" Pam tried to make everybody happy. But ojo shook her head no.
"Oh, that's just great."
"Hey.." Wildcard looked at me. " why did you choose me to share the idea of looking at Ojo's iPad?" He asked.
"I don't know. I guess I know how hard it feels when everybody expects so much from you, and you feel like you can't deliver."
"Do you believe I can?"
"We all believe you can."
"Tell that to my parents.."
"I will, right after we rescue them."
Pam interrupts when I walk away.
"Hey." She says.
"The person who believes in you the most is her." She points at me. "But, if you break her I will break you. Got it? Good."
We got into the ship and landed into some sort of space ship storage room.
"I'm gonna check it out!" Noodles said stretching his neck out and looking around.
"All clear!" He said when he got back.
"Am I just really small, or is this ship really big?" Guppy asked when we all got outside the small ship we were in.
"It's enormous!" Rewind said.
"Yeah. How are we gonna find our parents?"
Wheels rolled in front of us.
"I was thinking about that. Mrs. Granada found us really easily back at grandma's house, and I think I know how, your bracelet."
Thank god he didn't notice my necklace, I would be so mad if he touched it.
"I haven't been able to contact my dad." Missy said.
"But maybe the transmitter in here that connects the two brackets works like a tracking device. But I need a pair of pliers and a heat source."
Guppy steps forward.
"My teeth are strong because my dads a shark. *chomp*"
"Perfect!"
I nudge Wildcard telling him to try use his powers.
"Oh, and I have a heat source. Heat vision!" He turns into a toaster.
I walk over and pick him- it ? Up.
"Now he's a toaster." Face maker said.
"Close enough" noodles takes the toaster off me.
