0. PROLOGUE: DARLENES

"Darlene" - derived from Old English "darel-ene," meaning "little dear one."

20 years ago, The Family pledged for a lifetime commitment to fight and eradicate the evil ones. The Family believed cleansing the government and the justice system would take years, and by then, the collateral damage would have been bigger.

This led to the formation of their own enforcement: The Darlene Death Squad.

The Darlene Death Squad, more commonly addressed within The Family as Darlenes, is a group that would enforcement punishment to evil people as deemed by The Family. And by punishment, it meant death.

The Darlenes are mostly girls. The Family believed that girls are more focused than boys, are natural actresses, and can appear as easy to prey on. These girls were picked by The Family when they were really young, and most of them are orphans to avoid any relations with other people outside The Family.

There were trained since they were children - first: towards the job they would have as a guise in the outside world, and second: as highly-skilled assassins and masterminds.

After years of trainings and education, the Darlenes will be deployed to work in male-dominated and male-controlled industries, where they would hunt down dangerous men. And by hunt down, it meant killing them.

The Darlenes are tasked to work in male dominated industry and hunt down dangerous men. Instead of awaiting for due process in an incredibly flawed justice system, The Family and the Darlenes took it upon their hand to punish those who deserve to be punished. By punish, the Darlenes know nothing but death.

All of these girls will have one thing in common - and that is all their names, once deployed, will be Darlene. Once deployed, the girls will lose their identity and will only do their sole job - to kill the men.
