Dr. Whale came out and jumped at the sight of the wolves.  Emma stifled a laugh as she walked over to him.  Regina and the wolves followed her.

"Need something?" Emma asked.

"That pirate is asking for you." replied the doctor dismissively.

Emma walked in followed by the wolves and Regina.  Whale started to protest but Regina just said it was best to let the wolves in.  Whale just nodded and headed down another hall to see to other patients.  Killian was siting up in his bed when Emma walked into the room.

"Hey, where did you go?" he asked as she leaned down and gave him a light kiss.

"You have visitors. Delilah and Smead are here." Emma replied motioning to the two wolves behind her.

Killian groaned, "Why are you here?"

The wolves whined and tucked their tails as the sniffed at his bed.  Emma chuckled as the two wolves went and laid outside the door.  Regina stepped pass and smiled at Killian.

"Hey, look it's my other rescuer." Killian chuckled.

"Whale said he gave you some pain killers for the ribs." Regina smiled, shaking her head.

Killian sighed and looked up at Emma as she ran her hand through his hair.  Regina looked at the clock and cursed.  Emma glanced up to and look at Regina shyly.

Regina smirked, "You stay here. I'll go get Henry from school."

Emma mouthed a thank you as Regina left.  The two wolves stood as she left, and the female followed Regina to the door.  Emma looked back at Killian and sighed.

"What's wrong?" Killian asked.

"I feel like I'm letting down Henry." Emma explained as she sat on the edge of the bed.

Killian snorted, "I'm sure the lad will understand Emma."

Emma nodded, "Whale said it takes about six weeks for ribs to heal."

"Which means I'll be fine in about three. Gods bless our supernatural healing abilities." replied Killian.

"Yeah, it would suck having to keep my hands off you for almost two months" laughed Emma.

"Damn straight," Killian replied before pulling her down into a kiss.

Emma smiled as she pulled back.  Shouting from the hall caused both to look up before Henry ran into the room and barreled into his mother's legs.  Emma snagged the rail of the bed to keep her balance. Henry then looked at Killian with a mix of concern and excitement.

"Did you really get in a fight?" asked Henry in awe.

"Yeah, but you should see the other guy. They had to take him away in a stretcher." laughed Killian.

Regina walked in and smiled at Emma, "He insisted on coming to visit."

"It's fine, let's give them a moment." Emma replied as she led Regina back out of the room.

They two women returned a little while later with four cups of hot chocolate. Henry was doing his homework on the foot of Killian's bed.  Emma and Regina smirked at the kid. He was explaining a really hard math problem to Hook when they sat down in the other chairs.  Killian shook his head and laughed.

"You're still smarter than me kid." he said ruffling the boy's hair.

Emma smiled at the pair affectionately.   Henry took his hot chocolate and sipped it carefully. Regina sighed and kicked back in the other chair, while Emma perched on the bedside.  Henry shook his head to get away from Killian.

"You're way smarter than me, Killian. I mean you can sail the Jolly Rodger." argued Henry.

"Tell yah what, once my ribs heal, I'll teach yah to sail." Killian replied with a smile.

Emma and Regina shared concerned glances.

"Course," Killian continued, "Your mums have got to agree."

Henry looked at his mothers, "Oh please, please, please..."

Regina sighed, "It's fine with me as long as you don't get hurt."

"Or hit any of the other boats," laughed Emma.

"I promise!" replied Henry before going back to his homework.

The adults chuckled before discussing how and when Henry could have lessons.  Around 5:00 Regina and Henry left for the Diner.  Emma saw them off promising to join them later for dinner.
