Narrator POV
The TNT falls around everyone while Dream stands there on the obsidian beams, laughing like the maniac that he is. Rain falls as people get thrown around by the blasts, there is no water to save them this time. Dream drained it all.
Tommy and Tubbo end up in the middle of it all, no armor, no tools. They look around, they are on a cliff, too high to climb and a fall that will kill them. TNT making their platform smaller by the minute.
Everyone is running away from the TNT that they don't notice the two brothers stuck in the place they once called home.
"Well, I guess this is it. " Tubbo says next to Tommy, dodging TNT as it falls around them.
"What!? No we can't just give up! Climb the walls, come on! " Tommy shouts, desperately trying to climb the slick walls, but falling back down.
"No, no. It's too wet, we'll just slip and fall back down. " Tubbo pulls Tommy to his feet and he peers over the edge, where the TNT is nearing bedrock.
"But there has to be something we can do? " He looks around on their small ledge attached to the cliff. "HELP! HELP! " He screams upward.
"They can't hear us, the rain and explosions block out all our sounds. "
"Stop it! Stop excepting this! "
Tubbo grabs Tommy's shoulders and looks him in the eyes.
"It was never meant to be. " He smiles a sad smile and his eyes fill with tears.
Tommy for once, is speechless. He always thought Tubbo of all people would keep pushing on. Keep believing that there is hope in hopelessness.
His legs feel like jelly and he falls to the ground, his legs sprawled beside him. Tubbo wraps his arms around Tommy.
Tommy returns the hug tightly and his own tears fill his eyes. Tubbo hums softly and rubs Tommy's back. TNT fall on them as they say,
"I love you, Tubbo. "
"Love you too, big T."
Then, they are gone. Blown into oblivion.
