this story was inspired by a real event from when I was little. My to sisters fought over what cookies they should get for ' Santa ' and tried to convince me between one or the other becuase they knew they would get whats left
To all my watchers and all reading this post, have a happy holiday!, love, Rain.
Twas the night before chirstmas, and all through the house, chaos was everywhere. A fight had broken out between hidan and Kisame, which somehow wound up compleatly destroying the entire livingroom and half the kitchen. All the food Konana and I slaved over was gone as well as the decorations Deidara and Sasori fought 6 hours over. Both Hidan and Kisame, as well as their respective partners Itachi and Kakazu were ordered to clean everything up, while the rest of us were given just enough money to replace to everything, with many protests from Kakazu.
" Ame chan are you ready? " Konan asked quietly as I trudged to the front door. It was already 8:oo, and I was in no mood to be bothered over anything. Now I had to help re-prepare a dinner that took 9 hours in the first place, re-hang decorations. Not to mention we had to go re-buy everything at the ever popular, glorious, Wal-mart. The only place cheap enough to silence Kakazu and the only place that was still open on christmas eve.
I looked about as irritated as I felt. My raven hair was extra shaggy, my black tanktop and baggy Tripp jeans were wrinkled, and I made no attempt to even smooth them to fit my figure. I threw on a normal black cloak, not bothering to button it, and wrapped a black and white scarf around my neck, letting it almost cover my face compleatly. i held a giant cup of *hem-hem*-spiked-*hem-hem* hot coacoa. Without that, I would not be able to tolorate ANYTHING this late after slaving over a hot stove all day. Konan looked compleatly opposite compared to me. She was dressed in an elegant dark blue blouse, and neat black dress-slacks. She wore a similar black overcoat, but the way she carried it made it seemed like a cape. Her hair was as neat and clean as always, and the outing to grocery store hell, didnt seem to upset her at all.
"Yeah...who else is going with us? " " Just Deidara and Tobi. " she answered in a polite tone. I guessed Sasori couldnt be bothers tonight. " Ugh, why does Tobi have to go too un! Its was enough we have to go out after working all day yeah! " Deidara complained as he came down the hallway. He looked similar to me, like he had just thrown everything on, and ran a few fingers through his hair, not caring how he looked. He too wore a solid black cloak, buttoned all the way up, obscurng his face and his enitre body. " Because Tobi's idea of cleaning is shoving everything under the rug, he's going with us to stay out of the others way here. " I croaked moodily. We both groaned. " Well, how about this, Tobi is leaving out cookies for 'santa' tonight, you both can have those if we do well tonight. " Konan promised. Cookies were not enough to compensate hours of cooking, but the thought of my favorite, mint chocolate chips, was enough to lighten my mood a bit.
" Fine, but we are getting oreos, yeah. " Deidara demanded. " uh, I dont think so, Mint chocolate chip. " I disagreed. " What? No way un! " Deidara and I began to fight, but soon Tobi glomped us both, hugging us so tightly we could barly breath. " AME-CHAN AND DEIDARA-SEMPAI SHOULDNT BE FIGHTING ON CHRISTMAS EVE OR SANTA WONT BRING THEM ANYTHING!" He cried over and over again, refusing to let either of us go. Under any other circumstances, I would have agreed.Although not because of santa, obviously. Even now with the Akatsuki, Christmas has alway been a time of peace and happiness for me, I refused to let anything change that, but now, this ment war.
It wasnt until Konan somehow managed to get Tobi to let us go, and we left to meet Pein-Sama, that it hit me. " It doesnt matter which cookie either of us want, " I told Deidara. " TOBI is the one leaving them out, so- " " So HE gets to choose. " Deidara finished. For a second, I thought we might just drop it, and let whatever happeneds happen, but this was DEIDARA we are talking about. He grew an evil smirk and stared at the back of Tobi's head. Oh great. It was no secret how gullible Tobi was, it would be incredibly easy to trick him into getting a certin type of cookie. He shot me a playfully devilish grin, and I knew it was on. One of us was going to get Tobi to buy the cookie we wanted. this should be fun...
