So my dads a bitch and my mom left. I guess you could say my life's kind of dreadful. I don't have many friends at school either because I show up with black eyes and busted lips, credited to my father, so they all think I'm probably pretty weird.
Well I guess all but one. Eloise. If she was a book, I would never put her down. If she was a diamond, I would never let her shatter. If she was a song, I would never stop listening. One problem though, she has a boyfriend. Just my fucking luck, right?
I would consider us friends though. She sits next to me in my favorite class, even though I hate the subject with a passion, world history. I don't know why she sat by me, to be total honest. I'm not going to question it, but I don't exactly have the most welcoming vibe. She does though. She has the thickest brown hair that lays right at her hips and dark eyes, just like mine. She has the brightest smile and the loudest laugh that brightens my soul every time I hear it. She also has this little mole under her left eye that she always tries to cover with concealer, but I love it.
Eloise is one of the smartest people I've ever met and she doesn't even try. All the teachers love her and so do most of the students, besides the ones that envy her. From the looks of it, she has her whole life together. But that's only the surface. No one realizes the way she struggles with her parents and a boyfriend that claims he loves her, but his actions say otherwise. Don't worry though, I didn't realize either.

Yay, so the first 2 chapters are done! The first few will be a little short while I try and establish the characters and story line but will get longer as the book continues. Thanks for reading🤍
