Faunlets are simply the male version of Coquettes and come in many different ages, races, and sexualities. The term also originates from Vladimir Nabokov's "Lolita" and was used to describe H.H in his youth. Faunlets, like coquettes come in many different subtypes and are not all the stereotypical "soft boy" aesthetic.
