I awoke, a gash in my head from a man slamming his gun into my temple. I lay now, knowing not of where I am, but I knew I have been taught of the forest, and I can live off the forest if needed.
I stayed laid, listening if my enemy was waiting until I got up to shoot. An hour past, and I heard nothing.
My blond hair felt like sand paper, and I felt dry blood on it. My long legs felt stiff, and my little hair on them were pricked up. My broad thick arms felt sore, and my thick feet were tough as usual. My broad nose felt stuffed, and my bright blue eyes burned from the sun. I always did have a handsome face, with a broad smile, blue eyes, and a very strong body, so the ladies usually fancied me. My skin was a dark tone, a tone of a Indian.
The fight I had with the people who caught me turned out tough, and they overpowered me. I don't remember much of the fight.
I got up, feeling my head gnaw in pain as I pushed my body up. I looked around briefly; I was in a clearing, a very small one, probably five feet by five feet. I saw no one, but I did see speakers on the trees, which puzzled me. Suddenly they went on, and a alarm shouted. Suddenly a voice came out and said,
"Welcome, son. You now are in my test forest." The man's voice was humorous, but stiff "You'll have to survive. My men will be released in a day, be prepared. I'll set a alarm off when they are released."
It was over, I was sure. And he no longer had a speaker going. I swiftly crawled into the woods, finding a creek, or a water hole of which I could drink. I was tired, sore, and hungry. I didn't think I could win this battle, but I would try. And in the end, kill this mad scientist.
Chapter One
I awoke to the screaming of the alarm, and knew the men had now entered the forest. I felt the morning chill creep up my spine, and I nestled deeper into my hidden shelter.
I now was thirty-yards from the fresh water creek, and I knew that's where one of the men would come first. I now had a nice tree branch which I could use to KO someone, or kill. I had set up a border of traps to protect me, and if a man fell into one I would kill him and take his supplies.
I knew not of this man who captured me, and why he chose me, but I knew I must win and end him. I remember him jumping out of the ally, and knocking-me out. As my thoughts continued to wonder, I heard a yelp, and looked to see a man trapped. I crept slowly up to him, making sure he didn't see me, as he tried to escape, I banged his head with my branch and he died. He had a only old guns, like of the 1800 century, and it puzzled me why he did. I took the Winchester, the food, and crept into the forest. I had fifteen bullets, bread and cheese, and a canteen. Now I began making a real shelter which would keep him hidden for as long as I'd like. I began collecting logs, branches, and brush to make a beautiful shelter. I stopped every how many minutes to listen if I was being watched, and quickly went back to work. Finally I crept into my half-done shelter, and ate a little of my bread. I listened, and heard nothing, finally I went back to work, and had a shelter done by the evening. Then I shut my eyes, and fell asleep.

I awoke, and heard foot steps. I now remembered I hadn't done anything with the body, and anyone near knew I was close by. Finally he stepped before my shelter, and walked right into my trap, I quickly banged his head as I did the other, and killed him. I took out fifteen more bullets, some flint & stone, a snipe rifle, coffee, and more bread and cheese. I wished not to shoot, because that made noise, and noise made people come, so all these guns were just an extra load, but they'd help sooner or later.
I searched for a place to hide the bodies, and couldn't find any place, so I had to leave for safety. I collected a beautiful log, and began smoothing it with a plant that acted like sand-paper. As I walked I heard nothing, but the faint sound of me rubbing the plant on my wood. Finally I sat down, made a little shelter and slept.
