Chapter - 30

Let's just say.... Things went from bad to worse in an hour. A mere hour.

The bat boys and Batman SHOULD have had the element of surprise. But they were majorly out numbered.

It seemed like Joker had brought back up. AND it seemed like all the villains had teamed up. Joker, Mr. Freeze, Riddler... And soo many more.

Batman, Red Hood, Night Wing, Red Robin (he joined them half-way) and Robin (he returned after Alfred literally pushed him out of the manor) were being held down by goons, disarmed and bloodied.

Red Hood had started to shake from flashbacks, and Night wing was doing all he can to try and keep him calm.

The fact that Amy was bloody, bruised, and possibly had had acid and drugs injected into her did NOT help.

She was conscious, but barely. What little remained of her energy was being used to push away any affects of the drugs that were injected into her. Thank the gods for the mist, if Joker found out she had Silver Blood, he probably would have done something worse.

Now you, my dear readers, may ask: Where are the demigods? Amy's powerful aura had reduced so much, it could pass off as a mortal's weak soul.

Percy was furious and terrified that he could not find his sister's aura anywhere. He just hoped that they weren't too late. Luke... Well,

He destroyed everything in his path. Literally. He broke poles, shattered glass and in his rage even managed to hurl a car into a building. Bianca was finding it difficult to hold him back.

Joker bashed his infamous crow bar into Amy's head, earning a scream

"Finally. My fun was beginning to wear out." He said with an insane chuckle.

"LET HER GO YOU INSANE MOTHERFUCKER!!!" Red Hood screamed, already threatening to break down at the sight of the crow bar.

Batman tried to twist within his grip, but couldn't break free. He can't even call for backup.

"But.. The fun is just starting batsy boy" He said.

Someone walked in, dragging a little girl, no less than three with them. When Amy tried to lift her head to look at the person who had entered, she shook.

Red Robin was the first to recognize him.

"But... That can't be. We saw your death. You died in a fire!!!" He protested.

Memories that Amy had shoved into the back of her mind resurfaced. She started to shake at the very sight of the man.

"Uncle" She seethed in hindi.

"Niece" He spat back out with the exact amount of venom in the word.

"You shouldn't have survived that fire. I saw your body charred. How-?" She paused when she saw him cackle.

"The gods have wanted me to take care of the little mistake that somehow managed to survive. Along with this monstrosity my wife gave birth too. It is just like you" He said, disgust and hate dripping from his voice.

She looked up, startled, then winced from pain. So the poor little girl was a demigod?

He pulled at the little girls hair, and she screamed in pain, making the bat boys and Amy thrash against their bonds.

"You are a sick bastard. That's literally your daughter. Let her go!!!" She screamed, half in anger and half in pain from her wounds.

"I don't think I will~" He crooned, and reached his hand behind his back, pulling an object out that made her blood run cold.

The very whip that was used on her when she was just 3.

The very whip that was now crusty with her blood.

The girl screamed, pleading him to not use it, pleading him to let her go.

Red Hood and Robin were screaming at him to let the girl go.

Most of the screams were going foggy in her mind. She had to get him to release the girl AND give a signal to Percy and Luke.

She knew they were outside, but since she was so injured and weak, they couldn't trace her.

What if.....? No. Definitely not. She swore on the river Styx that she'd never use that power again.

But their lives and her own were at stake. If it was only her that was captured she wouldn't have bothered. But Damian and the others were like her little brothers.

And there was no way in Hades would she allow them to be tortured here. Especially the little girl.

She knew she might not survive it, considering she was already weak, but it was worth a shot.

"Close your ears" She said in Greek to the little girl, who looked shocked that someone else was like her.

She hesitantly nodded, and closed her ears.

Close your ears she thought to the bat boys. They looked confused, but still did as she told.

She opened her mouth....

And screamed.

An ear-shattering scream erupted from her mouth. A banshee scream. It was a variation of her siren-speak, only more deadly when screamed.

Glass windows cracked and broke, showering glass pieces on everyone. Those closest to her literally had their skulls cracking open at her scream.

They instantly died as they fell to the ground. Her uncle and Joker passed out, their ears bleeding. The little girl winced, but didn't remove her hands from her ears.

Amy broke the vow.

Lightning crackled, and a bolt came crashing down on her, filling the room with light. Those still conscious had to cover their eyes as well.

Another scream filled the room. The same banshee scream.

Then all was silent as Amy slipped into unconsciousness.

The demigods froze in shock as they heard a terrifying scream echo through the sky.

Luke's head snapped to the direction of the sound and started rushing towards it.

"Luke wait STOP!!!!" Piper called out as everyone started running behind him.

Lightning struck a warehouse, and everyone stilled.

"AMY!!!!" Luke yelled as he continued running towards the place.

They hoped they weren't too late.
