"Yoon Jeonghan!" A shout made Jeonghan flinched and turn to his back. His lips curved into a sweet smile." Mirae ya." He stretched his arm out waiting for his best friend of 12 years. Mirae ran into his arm and hugged him." Why are you calling me this time?" Mirae asked slowly letting Jeonghan go." I have something to tell you." Jeonghan played with his finger. Mirae nodded." Go on." Jeonghan slowly look at Mirae's face.
" My parents sent me to states. To continue my medical studies." Mirae's eyes widen." Ya,michyeoso? Why that face? Smile you idiot!" Mirae hit his chest. Made Jeonghan dumbfounded." W-what?" Jeonghan's eyes widen." Your parents sent you to states to continue your dream. Then,don't you like it? Shouldn't you be happy?" Mirae tilt her head confusingly." B-but. How about you? I'll leave you alone here." Jeonghan pouted.
"Eyyy~Yoon Jeonghan. I am fine here. Ya. You are lucky you know. Your parents use their wealth on you very well. My parents didn't trust me and even sent a private teacher for my home-schooling. Shouldn't you feel grateful?" Mirae smiled." So,just go. Go find your dreams and make your parents proud. Hm?" Mirae smiled." Mirae-ya." Jeonghan's tears flooded his eyelids. It made Mirae wheezed." What? Are you crying?" Jeonghan attcked her in a tight hug." Ya!" Mirae hugged him back.
"I thought you will hate me for leaving you." Jeonghan said. Mirae pat his back." I will hate you if you didn't go there." Mirae smiled." Yoon Jeonghan,no matter what you do,I'll support you. Get that?" Jeonghan nod and pulled the hug." Don't cry. You look stupid." Mirae wiped his tears." When will you go?" Mirae asked." Next week." Jeonghan hiccuped." How long?" Mirae stood straight." 5 years." Jeonghan answered her." Tch. 5 years without you isn't that hard right?" Mirae smiled." I'll be fine here. Don't worry. Go chase your dreams,and make your parents proud. Okay?" Jeonghan nodded. Mirae grinned. She tiptoed to pat Jeonghan's head." Aigoo,you should stop growing." Mirae chuckled.
ONE WEEK LATER~
"That is my flight cue." Jeonghan said." Well then,till we meet again. In 5 years." Mirae smiled." One last time hug?" Jeonghan open his arm waiting for Mirae. Mirae hug him and dig her face into his chest." Take care,Hannie." Mirae muffled." Okay. You too okay? Grow up more taller." Jeonghan chuckled." Don't grow too much. My toes getting cramped after so much tiptoeing to reach your head." Mirae chuckled." Pfft. Okay,okay." Then they let go of each other. Jeonghan went to hug his parents and Mirae's parents. After a few advices,Jeonghan went into his flight and left them.
All Mirae have to do is just wait for him. For 5 years.
