"Okay team! Let's save another life today." Lisa said after getting ready to operate.
She looked down, facing the lying patient and positioned her palm asking for a scalpel in Korean. "meseu."
One of her assisting team gave it to her then she started to open the chest of her patient. Her graceful and skilldul hand moved swiftly.
"Professor Manoban is so hot! Especially when she's in the operating room." A third-year Medical Student who was permitted to witness an operation said. Making Lisa's team cackle.
"Is that so, Miss Lee?" Lisa asked the student, smiling. But still focused on her work. "Clamp."
"Mhm." The student giggled and continue to watch Lisa.
"Irrigation." And soon followed her order by "Suction"
The operation went on, Lisa was so focused and composed. And it was admired by the people who's been lucky to witness her doing an operation especially in front of their eyes.
"Suture." It was quickly given to her, and her hands once again got the attention of her team as they moved quickly. "Cut."
"Miss Manoban." An assistant caught her attention, she signaled her that someone's calling her on the phone.
"Nuga?" She asked. The one's holding her phone showed the screen to her and her heart beat rose. Her eyes widen, "Quick! Answer it! Put in on speaker!" She almost yelled. Her team looked at each other then laughed.
How the serious and the tough Doctor Lalisa Manoban became nervous in just a phone call from her--
"My love!" She nervously answered.
"Where are you?! Where's my food?! I told you to buy me a Thai food!" Everyone looked at the wondering and sweating Lisa. Another from her team came to her and wiped her sweat.
They got startled when door on the operating room swung open, Jisoo came in, wearing surgical cap and mask. Her hands are up, "Lisa, I can wrap it up. You may go now."
"Is that Jisoo? Are you on operating room?" The voice on the other line softens. Lisa sighed.
"Jennie! Take it easy on Lisa!" Jisoo shouted to her as she was assisted to wear her gloves.
"Hey! It's not easy to be pregnant! Tell Lisa to stop making babies."
Lisa's face became crimson. Her eyes wide. She just wants to disappear from the place because of embarrassment.
"Jennie it's already your third baby, don't be such a crybaby!... Anyway, Lisa, go now! Or the brat--"
"I'm not brat!" Jennie whined earning a laugh from the people inside the OR.
"Whatever you say." Jisoo said and started to wrap Lisa's operation.
As soon as Lisa went out of the OR, she put the phone to her ear. "Baby. I'm heading home now. I'm sorry I took long."
I don't remember her telling me to buy her food. It's the hormones again.
Lisa thought, sighing. Because Jennie didn't really tell her to buy food she's craving. Lucky for her, the operation today was her only schedule.
But she'll not tell Jennie that. She'll rather take the blame than make Jennie feel bad.
"It's okay baby, I'm sorry too. Please take care on your driving. I love you."
"I love you. I'll be back shortly.",

"I'm home!" Her twins came running to her. She knelt down to level her three-year old daughters.
"Mama! I missed you soooo much!" Ella said. Spreading her arms wide. "This much!"
"Noooo! It was me, Mama. I was the one who missed you more!" Ellie contested. Her brows knitted while her arms are crossed on her chest.
The twins soon had a stare down with each other. Lisa shook her head amused.
My little Jennies.
Lisa chuckled, her face shifting to her two bickering children.
"No! Me! I missed Mama more!"
"Me!"
"Me!"
"Stop! Me! Me! Me!"
"Me! Ellie, I missed Mama!"
"No, Ella!"
"No! Me, Mama!"
"Hey, hey, hey! Stop fighting. Mommy might hear you. You don't want to get punished, right?" Lisa looked at them and kissed their heads.
"But--" They said in unison and looked at their mother when she interrupted them.
"Okay, you missed me guys, equally. Is that okay now?" Ella and Ellie looked at her and nodded.
"Okay Mama." The twins giggled and squealed as they peppered their mother with kisses and hugging her. Her heart filled with happiness.
She never regretted the make-up sex that she and Jennie did when they saw each other again. It brought her the two precious angels that got the looks and attitude of her soulmate.
The twins soon followed by Jennie. Ella and Ellie came back to play with their dolls. Lisa stood up and showed Jennie the food she bought.
"I'm sorry, my beautiful wife." Lisa said as she kissed Jennie on her temple. "Your foods a little bit late."
"No hun, I should be the one saying that. I didn't know you were at the OR." Jennie intertwined her hands on Lisa's nape and looked at her lovingly.
"It's fine. It's my bad. I didn't tell you I was going to operate. And I was done when you called, anyway."
She leaned closer to her wife and connected their lips. They both smiled at the kiss and Lisa ended it with a final smack on her wife's lips.
"Hmmm, Thai foods are always the best." Jennie said and Lisa shook her head, happily holding her wife on her arms.

"Lisa!!!!!!"
Jennie was gripping her hand tight. She almost fainted from nervousness as she witness Jennie's beautiful face crumpled because of the contraction. But came back to senses as Jennie kept holding her hand tight.
"Baby, you can do it. You're doing great." She cheered her wife kissing her sweaty forehead. Trying to be calm for the both of them.
"Okay Mrs. Manoban, push." The Doctor instructed her, Jennie obliged forcing herself to push further.
"Lisaaaa! I swear to God! This is the laaaasst!" As she cannot do anything, Lisa kissed Jennie again agreeing to her wife.
A few more push and they already heard a baby crying.
"Here's your baby boy, Mrs. Manoban." The Doctor showed Jennie and Lisa the baby and the couple's eyes filled with happy tears.
"Hello baby Elias." Lisa looked at Jennie first for confirmation. Jennie smiled and nodded.
"Elias Manoban is perfect." Jennie whispered.
"He's perfect hun. Just like his twin sisters." Lisa cooed and smiled at Jennie, "thank you for bringing him in this world, my love. I love you."
"I love you, Lisa."
