Mason had seen his ex. He did not like him, what so ever. His ex bullied him a lot and started rumors about him. It was like he dated the high school bully. Mason sat down and covered his face hoping his ex didn't see him. His ex "Jack" came over to him and sat next to him "Hey, are you Mason?" Mason looks up with a serious face "Yep. Why Jack? Why are you here at the Hospital?" Jack rolls his eyes. "Mom's here cause she got into a car accident last night" Mason shrugs "I'm here cause my boyfriend has a stomach tumor that's turning into stomach cancer and he's in surgery right now" Jack laughs "Oh my god! He must have gotten sick of you and he got stomach cancer. Haha, hope you and him go to hell." Mason kicks Jack in the leg "Shut up and leave me alone loser" Mason goes to the other waiting room and goes on his phone as Jack goes to Mason and punches him in the stomach. A doctor passed by and saw what happened. She called a security officer and the officer took Jack out as Mason curled up into a ball and started crying again "N-no"
The nurse helped Mason up and gave him medicine and she walked away as Mason facetimes his mom. Marie picks up "Hi baby boy! How are you and Lucas?" Mason sighs and tears up again "So, Lucas has a stomach tumor and it's turning into stomach cancer so they had to do admitte surgery. And me... I don't know" Mason starts crying. Marie looks at the phone "Hey. Why are you crying? Is it because Lucas? Or something else?" Mason shakes his head "No mama! Jack somehow found me and he said something mean to me and about Lucas and then I kicked him in the leg thinking he'd leave me alone and I went into a different area and then he followed and punched me so hard in the stomach" Marie sighs in anger "He better ot touch you again! And now where is he?" Mason stops crying for a little bit. "A doctor walked by when he punched me and then she called an officer and the officer took Jack somewhere. His mom is here cause she got into an accident last night." Marie shrugs "Hope he dies in hell to be honest" Mason nods as a doctor goes to Mason "Lucas just got out of surgery. Come when you wanna see him. He's in room 149 down the hall to your right." The doctor smiles softly and leaves the waiting area as Mason smiles softly and looks at the phone. "Ima go Mama. Lucas just got out of surgery and he's waking up soon. I wanna be there before he wakes up so he knows I'm here for him" Marie nods and hangs up as Mason walks to Lucas's room and sits next to him holding his hand waiting for Lucas to wake up. Mason sings Lucas's favorite song and kisses Lucas's hand and then forehead.
Lucas wakes up to his heart beating fast "Oh lord." Mason sees Lucas's breathing and looks at him "Calm your breathing bb." Lucas tries and calms down and it works. "Sorry. My stomach looks different so I got scared." Mason nods "I understand. Your stomach looks different and doesn't look blowed/swollen." Lucas smiles "The tumor is gone. Well at least I hope it is. I don't want something growing in my stomach that I do not want there." Lucas laughs as Mason looks at his stomach that got punched and sighs loudly not meaning to. "Baby? You okay? You don't seem like you're excited that I'm awake now. Do you want me to go to a different room or something? I can gladly do that" Mason shakes his head "Noooo. It's just- my ex saw me in the waiting room and kicked my stomach hard so now I have a huge bruise. Now when I go see my grandma to go on vacation, instead of going to school, she's gonna think you or my mom did something to me. Just be prepared for a text message that is NOT from me. She may take my phone and find your contact, and it's obvious what yours is, and she's gonna tell you mean things. " Lucas moves his head a little bit "It's okay. I'm used to getting bullied. Due to my weight- well the weight I used to have, people called me fat, a whale, a clown and other names on a daily basis." Lucas sits up and drinks his water "I kinda hate the taste of water. It's kinda gross. But they said I can't have anything else besides water." Lucas sighs and gives the cup to Mason "Want some?" Mason nods and drinks it "I like faucet water" Mason giggles and puts a movie on the TV "NiCkElOdEoN" Lucas looks at Mason's hand and takes it holding it "I love you. Thank you for sticking with me while I had this stupid stomach problem. "
*Time skip to Masons 18th birthday and I was too lazy to continue*
Mason wakes up seeing it was his birthday and runs to his mom "HIIIII" Mason laughs as Marie wakes up. "Good Morning birthday boy" Marie gets up and makes her coffee "Oh my gosh. You're 18 already! I guess you have to move out soon" Marie sighs sadly as Mason goes to the bathroom and changes and then facetimes Lucas and does his hair. Lucas answers "Happy Birthday Babe, and Happy 3 year anniversey!" Mason forgot it was their anniversary. "Oh yeah! Yay!" Mason looks at the phone "And I'm going to start moving into your house" Lucas smiles "Wait! Oh yeah! I'm 18 and now your 18" Mason nods and goes to his room to pack some of his clothes and his shoes "This may take some days to finish packing."
