"Hold Kresha tightly Deanna" I said to Deanna. We will go to the flower shop to buy Krystal flowers.
"We will buy mommy flowers?" Dino asked me. I glanced at the mirror in front and gave Dino a nod. Nakaupo sila sa backseat habang si Deanna, hawak si Kresha.
Pagkarating namin sa flower shop, kinuha ko na sa kamay ni Deanna si Kresha dahil baka mahulog niya.
"I miss mommy" sumimangot si Deanna.
"I also miss your mom" I sighed.
Binuksan ko ang pintuan ng flowershop at pinauna silang pumasok. I went closer the white roses. I want to buy red roses along with white. Medyo lumayo lang ako dahil inaabot ni Kresha ang mga roses. I picked the red rose and sniffed it. Smells good.
"25 pieces of red roses and 25 pieces of white roses please" sabi ko sa nagtitinda.
Tinignan ko si Deanna nang iabot niya sa 'kin ang sunflower at sinabing gusto niyang ibigay 'yon sa mommy niya. Kumuha rin si Dino ng tulips. I handed the lady what the kids handed me to buy it. I also bought a daisy and put it on Kresha's ear.
"I want a flower on my ear too!" Nainggit si Deanna kaya binili ko rin siya.
After buying flowers, we went in the car to leave. Muntikan pa kaming magtagal dahil sa nagtitinda ng ice cream dahil nagpumilit ang mga bata na bumili pero sinabi kong magagalit ang mommy nila.
When we reached home, Deanna and Dino ran hurriedly upstairs. I was left carrying Kresha. Sinundan ko ang mga bata sa itaas. I was kinda excited.
When I reached our room, I saw Krystal sleeping while hugging Dino. Mukhang ginising siya ng mga bata but ended up falling asleep again, hugging Dino in her arms.
"Mommy is tired, let's wake her up later" I whispered to them. Deanna carefully walked outside while Dino ended up sleeping beside her mother.
She must be really tired. I haven't seen her for six days because there's an emergency in other hospital and they need extra nurse there that's why she was transferred. Buti nalang pinayagan siyang umuwi, we can spend mother's day with her.
Binaba ko ang mga bulaklak sa mesa para makita siya ni Krystal pagkagising niya. Inihiga ko muna si Kresha sa kuna niya at inayos ang mga unan sa tabi niya bago ako lumabas ng kwarto. Bumaba muna ako sa kusina habang hinihintay siyang magising. Damn, I miss her so bad.
I prepared the ingredients I will use because I'm planning to cook for her. For sure she miss how I cook for her.
"Can I help?" Deanna approached me. Kami lang dalawa ang gising.
"Of course sweetie" I smiled at her. Inabot ko ang mga gulay na kailangang hiwain sakanya. "Please be careful. Pag nasugat ka your mother will kill me" I nervously said. Pagdating sa mga anak namin, napaka ingat niya.
"Hubby!" Narinig ko na ang boses ng babaeng pinakasalan ko. Sumilip ako sa hagdan at nakita siyang nagmamadaling bumaba, hawak hawak ang mga bulaklak na binili namin para sakanya.
"Careful!" Sigaw ko. Hindi siya nakinig at tumakbo pa rin hanggang sa marating niya kung nasaan ako. She immediately clung in my neck and buried her face on my shoulder.
"I missed you hubby!" It shows that she's about to cry.
"I can tell" I chuckled. She lifted her head and faced me. There she is, crying. I wiped her tears using my thumb and held her cheeks.
