Once upon a time, there was a promotion for being on a show where 15 boys and 15 girls would volunteer to go back to school exactly as it was back in the 1950s, as an experiment.

Once everyone arrived, they started venting their concerns about the implications of being in a 1950s boarding school; MePhone4 was worried about the disgusting food, especially since he was a vegetarian, KITT was worried about the hygiene, and Eric Cartman didn't want to face the teachers and discipline. Meanwhile, Maxi didn't want to lose his personal belongings, Roary was concerned about missing Big Chris, Cici didn't want to be separated from Roary, and Drifter didn't want to face a world of no computers. But everyone had to push these worries aside and gather in the assembly hall for the briefing by headmistress Miss Gibson, in which she explained the implications of being in the 50s grammar school. She then let everyone know that they all had 2 minutes to say goodbye to their family and friends, and then head off into the 50s grammar school, facing everything from the 50s sans the cane, due to it being illegal. They were then sent through the doors that would lead to the 1950s and were handed their uniforms, consisting of only 2 pairs of pants or one tunic, 2 shirts, 1 blazer, 2 pairs of socks, 2 pairs of underwear, and 1 pair of shoes, in addition to a sports uniform and pyjamas. While they were handed their uniforms, they were talking incessantly, something which didn't impress English teacher Mrs. Welham. "Didn't you hear what I said earlier - the only people who should be talking were myself, and the other people handing out the uniforms; you blatantly disregarded what I said, and just carried on talking; do any of you not understand basic English?! Who in this room speaks English as a 2nd language?, If so, please step forward now"! Mrs. Welham ranted. Massimo "Maxi" Ferrari (Italian), Andy Mécatel (French), Drifter Nissan (Japanese), Cecilia "Cici" Citroen (French), Rapunzel Fitzherbert (German), and Dora Marquez (Spanish) stepped forward. "Well, given that I have heard you lot speak English fluently, simple instructions shouldn't phase you"! Mrs. Welham continued.

They were then sent to their dormitories, where they all directed to their beds and asked to change into their uniforms. "I'm in 1950s hell with this uniform", remarked Lightning McQueen. "I look like a tramp", Regina George remarked as she saw herself in the uniform. "I feel the exact same way", Zoe Trent remarked. But that wasn't all they had to do. They would also have to remove their makeup, jewelry, nail polish, and other modern accessories, something which did not impress Zoe, who had been singled out for special treatment.

Zoe Trent lived at the Littlest Pet Shop in Downtown City with Russel Ferguson, Vinnie Terrio, Sunil Nevla, Pepper Clark, Penny Ling, and Minka Mark. She was a self-proclaimed diva, and loved to show off and look pretty. She could also be quite the drama queen, having the tendency to complain when something wasn't the way she wanted it to be. While she could come off as quite rude, she cared very deeply for everyone.

After everyone removed their makeup, modern clothes and jewelry, they all had to head down to the gym to have their hair done. All the boys needed a haircut except Caillou Anderson, Owen Waterflower, Drifter Nissan, Shaun Farmer, and Andy Mécatel (An original character). The rest of the boys lined up for their haircut. Several of the boys didn't mind, and for Ben Brockman, it was a blessing in disguise. At home, his sister Karen teased him about having "girl hair".

Ben constantly lied at his West London home and teased his sister Karen. While his parents tried to explain that nobody likes little boys who lie, this seemed to fall on deaf ears. Ben was also in the habit of doing many crazy things "for science", such as putting ants in a microwave. None of this behavior impressed his parents, but for his friends, it was hilarious.

After getting his hair cut, he walked up to Karen and said, "look Karen, I don't have girl hair anymore".

Meanwhile, Dr. Pidoux was teaching the girls how to braid their hair. After the girls had mastered it, it was time for the school photo.

The photo was taken, and hung up on the wall.
