Yuki's POV

"Gosh, Yuki! Yung lalaking may gusto sa 'yo dati sobrang famous na ngayon!" Aki teased while grinning. We're in my office now, and she came here just to annoy me.

"So what?" I muttered under my breath.

"Wait, 'wag mong sabihing hindi mo na siya naalala ?" she pressed, raising an eyebrow.

"Of course I do," I said, rolling my eyes at her before standing up.

"Ooh, bitter ka lang ganoon?" she teased, laughing.

"Shut up," I shot back, brushing past her and heading straight to my office, trying to ignore the playful smirk on her face.

"Hi, Ma'am!"

"Ganda ni ma'am talaga ano? ang kaso walang boyfriend" I rolled my eyes at their whispering. If they were going to gossip, they could at least try to be discreet, right?

"Hi," I greeted with a forced smile. They all jumped, clearly surprised to see me. "M-Ma'am," they stammered. I kept my smile but looked at each of them in turn.

"How about you focus on your work instead of gossiping about me?" I said calmly.

"Sorry, Ma'am," they chorused, looking embarrassed. I gave them another tight-lipped smile, then turned and headed to my office.

I was just settling in when there was a knock on the door. "Come in," I called out.

"Ma'am, someone wants to see you," my secretary said as she peeked in.

"Is it important?"

"Yes, Ma'am."

"Is it worth my time?" I asked, teasing a little.

"Yes, Ma'am," she replied, chuckling.
