The date was January 30th, 2021. Elluka Clockworker was having her birthday today. However, she doesn't really celebrate it because she's too old. She was outside of the Lucifen d'Autriche castle, feeding Josephine the horse. Riliane came outside.
Riliane: Morning, Elluka.
Elluka: Oh, morning Princess.
Riliane: When you come inside, there's a surprise waiting for you.
Elluka: What kind of surprise?
Riliane: I'm not going to tell you. You'll have to find out for yourself.
Elluka: By the way, where's everyone else?
Riliane: Inside.
She went inside the castle. Once she was done with her chores, Elluka followed.
Everyone: Surprise!!!
Elluka: What is this?
Alexiel: It's just a little birthday party for you, Elluka.
Gumillia: What's wrong?
Elluka: I'm just shocked, that's all. You guys didn't have to do this for me.
Gatt: But we want to. You're almost 600 years old.
Elluka: I have 1 year left.
Riliane: I hope you like the cake Alexiel made for you. Go on, try some.
Alexiel handed her a slice. Elluka took a bite.
Elluka: Mmm! You really outdid yourself, Alexiel.
Alexiel: Not really.
Elluka: (to everyone else) Well, don't just stand there, people! Everyone gets a slice.
Everyone else got a slice of birthday cake.
Margarita: If only Shelby (Deep-Sea Girl) were here...
Alexiel: She doesn't really know you guys that well. I think it's for the best.
Margarita: I guess you're right.
