TW: throughout this story there is heavy mentions of sexual assault that could be very triggering, please be mindful of that before reading.
It was the worst day of Ten's entire life. The day that had changed Ten. The day Ten lost his infectious smile and flirty attitude, the day Johnny understood how much Ten was going to need him.
Ten had never felt so helpless. The Thai boy was walking down the streets he had once described as magical, the streets of Seoul. Suddenly, the small black-haired boy felt an unfamiliar and noticeably rough hand grasp his thin wrist that pulled him from his previous route, the route that would have brought him safely home to his best friend and roommate, Johnny.
Ten was paralyzed with fear as he was pushed harshly into a brick wall in a dark alley. Ten loved to admire the sunset, watch the beautiful colours fade to black, but in this moment, all Ten wanted was for the light to return. He had once found comfort in the darkness, but with tears threatening his eyes as a stranger manhandled him, he knew the darkness would never bring him comfort again.
Ten wanted to scream, to call for help, to pray, but he couldn't hear a single word escaping his terrified and trembling lips. The idea of him calling for help was further crushed as a rough pair of lips connected to his own, effectively silencing him. Ten had never kissed anyone before, saying he wanted to wait for the right person. Now he really wished that he would have kissed Doyoung when he was 16 at summer camp. He had never really had feelings for the boy, but it would have been so much better than having his first kiss stolen by a man who was now turning Ten around and pushing his face roughly into the brick wall of a building Ten passed everyday.
Ten allowed tears to flow steadily from his eyes, he had never felt so helpless in his entire life. He never wanted to feel like that again. In fact, as he lay motionless on the floor of the dark alleyway, the strange man haven finished with him and left, Ten didn't think he would ever feel anything but broken ever again.

A/N
Hello,
So basically I've never really written a full fanfic before and I'm fairly new to NCT but my power went out for an hour and this is the only thing I could think of doing considering I do love the idea of writing stories.
So, while reading this story just keep in mind that 1) This was written impulsively without fully thinking through the story line first, 2) I wrote this entire thing on the notes app on my laptop because it was the only way I could do it without internet. 3) I've only been staning NCT for about 3 weeks so just keep in mind that this is an AU and the characters may not act the way they do in other fanfics or real life. I also apologize for the fact that this book is so incredibly depressing, that's just my writing style I suppose considering all of my half finished books in my drafts are equally as depressing.
I DO NOT OWN ANY OF THE CHARACTERS IN THIS BOOK.
Thank you, I hope you enjoy the story,
Elleanore :)
